"As the title says...I Drift Galewind Squad 9 Captain...Have chosen to resign as Squad 9 Captain...My reason is simple really...I just cannot make time...For just graduating...I work full time as a attempt to save up money to move from my parents and town...Squad 9...Is flourishing with members and is active...They are all good Role Players and good people...Who I have come to like as friends...That is why I know I can leave with out worrying about them...For I must leave...They need a Captain who is active...I do not want it to turn into a dead Squad...Like Squad 3 back in BSS because of a Captain who was never on...So I will not allow that to happen for selfish power hungry reason's...As well...I am sorry to have let you all down...It is time for this Drifter to Drift along and do the right thing...As well there is already talk of a replacement for Squad Nine's Captain..."

~*Tagg Nobunaga, I love and appreciate everything you have ever done for me Drift. My skills, power, and passion for fighting is because of you. I felt like of you as a sort of father. I will miss you so much. Please come back as soon as you can. I don't care what rank you are. You will always be the best fighter I know. Good luck with the real life too. I hope everything for the best. It is honorable to give up a Cap'n rank. I don't think anyone will match up to you as Squad 9 Cap'n. Captain of Squad 3*~

Damn, being in the dark like this really pisses me off. This makes me want to go back to Xeion's dying figure and stab him again and again. This is so annoying!

In the rules, a new captain must be put into power (in this case) by 5 current captain's nominations, then 3 of the remaining captain's endorcement. So, the captains have to cast a vote for who they want, 8 votes meaning a new captain is established.
