I've been discovering a lot of new music lately, and was curious as to any new music you all have discovered recently as well. surprised
I recently made an old-timey folk-y station on Pandora Radio and I have fallen in love with several bands that keep recurring on the station. My current favorites are The Denver Gentlemen, Alec K. Redfearn and the Eyesores, The Scarring Party, Andrew Bird's Bowl of Fire, and Ode Hazlewood. :] And I've been getting everything from old-timey music to folk, ragtime, and even sea shanties! Then again, I have pretty weird tastes in music. Accordions, banjos, musical saws, and harmonicas are a guilty pleasure of mine, I suppose. sweatdrop
What have your favorite newly discovered bands been lately? Have you recently tried and new genres of music that you had never listened to or heard of before?

Well, to sum up my findings in one word... Vocaloid.

Once again, I have never heard of anything that Percival just listed. Sorry. sweatdrop
I think I've been listening to a bit too much Tenacious D. I keep hearing Jack Black's voice in my head. And it's bugging me!
I've also been listening to some Brazilian Jazz, courtesy of Antonio Carlos Jobim. He's very good.
And classical music. I can't seem to drop it right now. Like Piano Sonatas on Youtube and old concerts.
Alec K. Redfern huh? I'll check it out. You're also a fan of a group called Add (x) to N right?
