My partner said people are paying cash for Beta keys too. We have a chance to get two. If he gets one he either wants to sell it for cash or use it. I don't care about the beta, so if I get a key, you might be hearing from me. xp
Is selling, trading, or giving away your key against the ToS or anything?

I... might. As it turns out, I have 3 cards from Blizzcon '07. Now, it hasn't been announced what beta those cards will be for, but chances are it'll be for Wrath of the Lich King, especially since there'll be another Blizzcon before Starcraft 2 or Diablo 3 can have their betas.
So, it's a possibility.
I have to find where I put them first.

Looks like they're pretty confirmed to be for this beta now, but I still have no idea where mine are. I looked everywhere, and it's starting to piss me off. >_<

Isn't there a sign up where you don't need the beta key anyways?
Like you open wow and the pre launch screen shows up with announcement (some of you may have it turned off), I remember clicking a link to sign up for the beta... without a key.
Orrrr am I just nuts?
