 Rath laid lazily from the branch of a tree, one paw being used as a pillow and the other hanging from the side swinging every now and then.
Groaning in bordom he opened an eye to scan the area for something to do or someone to mess with. Nothing and no one. Just his luck.

 Flannery walked around bored. She hated being bored. She hated never having any action, never getting to do something crazy and spontaneous. Her roomies, tired of her complaining, told her to go take a walk. Well she didn't see how they found walking around to be fun. She found it stupid and pointless if you had no where to really go and no one to really see.
"I'm so glad I took their advice..." she grumbled sarcastically to herself.

"Hmph?" Rath's ears twitched slightly as he picked up the sound of someone's voice. The bored male lazily looked over his shoulder and stared down the "Path" the tree stood next to.
"Well what do you know..." A smirk spread across his face as he spotted a female coming close. Chuckling to himself Rath got up and jumped higher in to the tree t try and cover himself as he waited for the female to get closer.

Flannery kept walking down the "path", still annoyed and bored. She also wasn't paying attention to anything, so she didn't hear Rath's chuckle. She stopped under the tree, a shiver going up her spine. She could sense him, like that feeling you get when you know you're being watched. Flannery then took a look around. She didn't see anyone. She was still suspicious though.

Rath carefully and quietly worked his was down the tree like a lion stalking towards his prey. Positioning himself he put himself in a good leaping position and shot down from the tree towards the female.

Flannery was just about to start walking again when she found herself pounced by a red and white male. She gave a slight scream of surprise.
"What the hell?" she growled, obviously not happy she'd just been pounced upon.

Rath laughed she the female screamed.
"Well well. Looks like someone is a weak little scared kitten."
Rath hopped off the female and started to cirlce her, smirk still on his face. He could tell he had pissed her off, but he didn't care. He got his fun and that was all that mattered.
"Hm? Oh, not very happy are you? Oh well, not my problem little kitten."

Flannery held a glare, watching Rath as he circled. Who did this guy think he was?
"I'm not a kitten. And I wasn't scared," she said calmly, "You just surprised me...." She watched his movements then jumped in front of him staring im in the eye, "And it's certainly going to end up being your problem when I make you wish you'd never met me..."

Rath just stared at Flannery as she jumped in frot of him. He continued his smirking as he moved his face just an inch away from her's.
"Oh, is that so? I suggest you choose your words more wisely before you regret your own words..."

Flannery rolled her eyes, "Oh? And who's going to make me regret them? You?" She gave a short and haughty laugh, "I don't think you know who you're dealing with Tiger, because I am not just any girl."

Rath rolled his own eyes as he shook his head.
"Oh. Well look who's talking. Someone sure has a big ego and thnks herself all high and mighty. Just wait kitten. One day someone is going to crush that ego and knock you off that stool of yours. Psh."
With that Rath walked away from the female and started back towards his tree.

Flannery dashed a few steps then pounced him with an angry growl.
"Nobody. Especially no man, speaks to Flannery Flame like that. Got it?" she hissed.

Rath gasped as he was pounced on. Growling, he shoved a paw in Flannery's face to try and push her off.
"No I don't got it cause truthfully...I REALLY DON'T GAVE A RATS BEHIND ABOUT IT! I don't care who you are or who you think you are. I don't care if you are well known or are at the end of the totum pole cause everyone is the same to me and you are no exception! Now get yourself off of me!"

Flannery got off of him and opened her mouth to speak but no words came out. She closed it and looked away, then turned back and opened it again only to close it in frustration. She was left speechless, no one ever talked to Flannery like that. No one ever challenged her word. She made an angry grunt and turned her back to him, tryign to think of something to say.

Rath got up off the ground and tryed to shake the dirt from his fur. He scowled at Flannery as he walked over to his tree and jumped up on the lowest branch.
"What's wrong kitten, something got that tongue of yours?" Rath snickered as he laid himself on the branch. "I thought you were quick tongued but I guess I was wrong."
