Dysis sat curled up by the bonfire, watching the flames dance and leap. He had mostly calmed down from his last irritation and was enjoying the relaxing popping and crackling.

Aziyah was walking back from a peaceful trip, enjoying the night away from her nocturne mate, though missing him both at the same time. Seeing something ahead, Aziyah made it out to be fire. Smiling, Aziyah summoned a small dragon. The small black being flew above the fire and breathed down on it, causing more fire to pop up.Aziyah watched the pony for its reaction.

Dysis leapt up, startled. He had not noticed the dragon yet, but the fire had changed. He never saw one grow so suddenly so drastically before without there being some new fuel source. Hurriedly, he ran the permiter of the fire. making sure there was no danger. He was well away from any trees, but a flare up like that... He circled three times then relaxed some,. the fire was still controlled. He breathed relieved, then sat down to watch the flames in awe.

Aziyah laughed at the pony. "I'm sorry, did I scare you?" she asked playfully, walking up next to him as the dragon perched on her back. "Don't worry, as long as this little guys out, the fire will be controlled--whenever I call it back is when we need to worry about it. Did you enjoy the show?" she added in curiosity, watching the fire. "Most people get spooked out and stay that way."

"you did that? That was...so.... COOL! well...ht...but you know what I mean!" he said in an excited rush. :Why would I be spooked. It's fire. so long as no one's getting hurt and it doesn't get out of control, there is nothing greater in this world, right, right?"

Aziyah laughed again. "Its not so much the fire as the fact that a dragon swooped down above their heads. See, my talent is summoning mythical creatures," she explained, as a small unicorn popped up around them. It was weary of the fire, and stood behind Dysis, as if he were a shield. "Dragons are just my favorite creatures to play with. I'm Aziyah," she added with a smile, sitting down next to him. "Why are you sitting here, alone?"

"there was a dragon?" he asked blinking in surprise, then he shook his head. he glanced back at the unicorn, then looked at her again and shrugged. "Last person I tried to share the fire with...it didn't go so well, so I decided to spend some time alone, to calm down. Then once I was calm..." he shrugged. "It was too pretty to douse." he blinked then grinned. "Can you summon ANY mythical creature?"

Aziyah nodded. "Yeah.The little guy on my shoulder is a dragon," she responded, gently nudging the seemingly asleep figure on her shoulder. Its eyes opened, and it watched Dysis. "Fire is good, but stick it with the wrong people...and yes, I can summon any mythical creature, as long as its written in mythology or text somewhere. Why?" she asked, blinking in confusion at the question. "Did you wanna see one?"

He hesitated, then glanced to the fire, before looking back at her, his eyes lit by more then flames. "Even... a phoenix? They've always been my favorate, for as long as I can remember..."

Aziyah smiled. "The flame bird...Sure, why not?" she said warmly. The dragon let out a tiny squeak before flying to sit by the unicorn, which watched them, amused. Aziyah closed her eyes, and as the image of a phoenix popped into her head, it slowly appeared in front of them, a mixture of oranges,reds,and yellows. A few moments later, Aziyah opened her eyes. "Phoenix enough for ya?" she asked with a laugh, watching the phoenix stare at its surroundings.

Dysis stared at the phoenix in awe before bowing low before it, his eyes never leaving the magnificent creature. there was no way anyone could fail to see just how awed he was.

Aziyah and the phoenix both blinked, staring at Dysis. "Uhm...You..." she muttered, nudging Dysis. "Uhm..I don't know your name...but you can stop staring..Shes kind of freaking out," she said, trying to calm the phoenix down and stop Dysis at the same time. She motioned to the dragon to try and get Dysis. The dragon jumped on his head, as if to say up,up,up!. Aziyah giggled slightly. "C'mon, if you get up, she might come near you."

He blinked then stood up firmly, his eyes locked on the phoenix. "I...I'm sorry, it's just...I've never seen something so....so magnificent. I've dreampt of phoenixes my whole life, never thinking I'd get to meet one... to be this close..." he said in an awed near whisper, then, talking to the bird. "your magisty outshines any mere dream I ever could have had."

Aziyah watched Dysis. The phoenix blinked at Dysis before flying back onto Aziyahs shoulder. "Erm, you can stop that now, dear.."Aziyah said, nuzzling Dysis. "She doesnt even get freaked out by my mate anymore--but you're new, so shes kind of scared...Why don't you calm down and try to make friends with her?"
