Ok heres all my great jitsu idea's 3nodding
Name: Chakura Scythe
discription:Shoots a bunch of spinning crecent moons from the hand to cut through things.
Name:Summoning jitsu, Jiant Centipede
discription:Summons a Jiant Centipede to aid you in battle,The centipede has a spikes all the way down its back that can cut even through stone.
Special ability: Centipede goes under ground goes underneath the opponent and spinns really fast in a circle {like a wheel} then the ground collapses under the enemy causing him to fall into the spikes on the centipede.
Name:Mist Puppet Jitsu
Discription: Makes a puppet out of mist. When it attacks the mist hardens so it dosnt go through your enemy. Puppet is almost unbeatible since its hard to destroy mist and it only hardens when it attacks.
Name:Flame control jitsu
Discription razz uts flames around your hands and feet and makes punches and kicks hurt a little more. Jitsu is set into 3 levels blue fire :weak green:medium and red:strong. 3nodding
and thats all im going to say for now 3nodding whee

Hmmm...I never really thought of my own jutsu before...But here's what I've been thinking of!

Name: Petal Dance
Type: Taijutsu
Description: The name may sound funny, but its stronger than it looks! First Hina gets into a type of pose (kinda like how ice skaters start before they skate), then suddenly disappears. She then reappears infront of her opponent and begins punching/kicking them. But the way she does it is almost like shes kind of dancing. She ends the Petal Dance with a strong spinning kick. So kind of imagine her moves being similar to a ballet, but ninja style! OSSU!

Name: Ninja Style: Sweet Scent Jutsu
Type: Genjutsu
Description: After Hina had manuvered the correct handsigns, to the opponents eyes she will have disappeared. They are transported to another world. Little do they know, they're just caught in a spell. The illusion will be a calming pink scene, with a beautiful scenery of trees and flowers. The sakura blossom petals will fall and blow their way. As soon as the opponent lets thier gaurd down, the illusion disappears and returns back to normal, and the blossoms that fell from the tree are actually shurikens Hina threw. Talk about a surprise attack! *evil laugh*--Uh...I mean, YOSH!

well I know i already made some werid ones xd
but here are a few more ideas:

Name:Starlight
Type:Genjutsu
Descritpion: After making the right hand sings, the enemy appears in this sphere of blinding light. Which also burns the outter skin of the enemy. While this Genjutsu is beign used, the enemy cannot move. In the eyes of the enemy this genjutsu only takes a few seconds, when in reality you can hold it long enough to defeat the enemy.
*Note: this Genjutsu drains a lot of energy from the user. burning_eyes

Name:Frostbite
Type: Taijutsu
Description: Some what like Hinata and Neji, this Taijutsu focuses energy on wanted areas of the body. When this taijutsu comes in contact with an enemy, the part of the body that was hit becomes imobolized for a long period of time.

Name:Natures Wrath Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: When under attack, this jutsu can be performed to protect thyself. This Jutsu rises up a wall of dirt and hardens blocking almost any attack.

Name: Rainbow Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Description:After making the right hand signs a rainbow appears above the the battle or w/e dropping a whole bunch of Skittles =]
