So some critics have already seen it in advance screenings and are calling it "The Godfather 2 of comics book movies" and a masterpiece. So far the only real criticisms are that it's too long/serious for a comic book movie -_- (which is bullshit)
There is also a lot of talk of Heath Ledger winning an oscar for his amazing acting job as the joker. I downloaded some 6 minute clip of the movie that was given out for some blu ray promotional, it was an epic bank robbery of a bunch of joker minions (well the joker was one of them secretly), and it was fantastically done. Anyone who complained that Batman Begins was missing action will be satisfied.
So, I'm pretty sure the movie is released in Australia on wednesday, then here on Friday, which means I'll have to obtain a viewing of it on Thursday... then watch it again on Friday... then watch it again a week later... then obtain a higher quality viewing... then eventually buy the DVD...

I'm not much of a movie person but this looks too interesting to pass up.

I'm not that oppositional.(Though it does run in the family and has been more noticeable lately). Stop me before I wander.
But did you see the joker shooting the missles and it was all like FWOOSH!!! KABOOM!

Looks good, I'm going to the midnight premier.
The only thing I didn't like about the first one was when Katie Holmes shocked Scarecrow or something, it looked SUPAR corny.

I had Domino's Pizza last night and it reminded me when the release date was.
As for that bank robbery scene, it was greatness. Everyone needs to see it for a taste.

I actually have that DLed but I've been reading the batman graphic novels too much to get around to watching it. ((Yes, I know that the movie aren't based on then at all, but they are pretty epic))
ALSO HARVEY DENT BECOMES TWO-FACE LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOOLOOL
(seriously that's old old old news in the comic book world)
