Bedtime routine
My mommy has taught me my bedtime routine
It keeps me from waking up feeling all mean
A shower to wash away all the day's grime
slip into my jammies, all before bedtime
Brushing and braiding my hair is a task
next I wash my face and then use a cream mask
and cucumber slices to cool off my eyes
a clean fluffy towel my face quickly dries
A cap for my hair to help keep it neat
a comfy white ribbon to help me look sweet
I now show my mom my bedtime glory
She tucks me in fondly and reads me a story.
