After what I just read I think SOAD made some kind of deal with Harmonix, I don't know if this is true because of where I read it at, but in August the song "They Say" by Scars on Broadway is going to be released as a download-able song on Rock Band, I'll post the page I found this on hold on-

Toxicity and B.Y.O.B. are coming as downloads, August 5th! I guess Harmonix knew we didn't want to wait until Rock Band 2 to play some SOAD.
