The female Stantler grazed peacefully in the forest clearing that she called home, a rare sight indeed. Normally, Siwa was out looking for trouble, and generally making a nuisance of herself, but not today. She was in an unusually good mood, probably due to the fact that she hadn't seen a trainer or a domestic Pokemon nearby in several days.
In fact, the last time she had to drive one off of her territory was when she had battled with that other Stantler, the one with the scarf. The fact that she had beaten him lifted her mood even more, and so here she was.
"Oh, it's beginning to snow..." Siwa lifted her head from the patch of grass she had been eating, staring up into the sky between the tree tops to see the faintest signs of snow. "It's about time." She smiled. In her opinion, it had been far too warm for far too long, but she didn't want to leave her territory to go further north either. It was worth the wait for colder weather if it meant defending her turf.

[[ *tragic music due to title* xD ]]
"Pecha Pecha Pecha Pecha..." Ebba huffed as he trotted throughout the forest. "Pecha Pecha Pecha Pecha..." Meeka had sent him out during the time to go look for Pecha berries as she went to go ask for directions. Normally, Meeka did this to catch herself a little nap and not have to worry about the dangers her Stantler gets into. As Ebba trotted amongst the grass, he stepped towards a set of trees. Snow had slightly coursed his wintery deer pelt, but he ignored it. Not even a feeling of cold struck his body as he continued to climb.
Sighing, he titled his head. "No, Pecha Pecha Pecha Pecha berries here..." he said as he shook his head to get rid of some of the frost. "Where is the Pecha Pecha Pecha Pecha Pecha...?"

((Yes, Ath fails at titles xD )) Siwa wiggled her ears at the sound of another voice, suddenly alert. This voice... She had heard it before! It was that Stantler that she had beaten a few days ago! But something was missing... She couldn't put her hoof on it, but for some reason she felt like something wasn't there that had been last time...
Oh!
Yes, that was it! The trainer, it wasn't speaking! Siwa moved toward Ebba's voice as quietly as she could until he came into view, and it confirmed what she had thought, he was alone! And... What was he mumbling about?
"Hey, where's your human, scarfy?" Siwa smirked, though she did not seem overly hostile this time. With any luck, he had come to his senses and abandoned his human.
"Anyways, you'll find no Pecha berries around here." She nodded at the trees around her, "This forest is mostly Rawst berries." Oh yes, her favorite! It was no secret that her love for Raws berries was why Siwa had chosen this area to make her home.
"What brings you back around these parts, scarfy? Looking to get your tail handed to you again?" She teased, "Or are you just lost?"

Ebba turned his ears up as he heard the familiar voice of the Stantler that had beat him before. Ebba's intention when he saw the Stantler was to not answer any of her questions. But apparently he was lost and in due need of help. Maybe a little lying would put her to need?
"Well, uh..." Ebba said as his scarf moved with his swaying body movements. "Meeka my trainer left me out to fend for myself..." He said. "And she left me without nothing. I came looking for some Pecha berries...due to uh...hunger...And I hoped to find some here...And the name is not Scarfy! It is Ebba! E-b-b-g-a-l-o-k-a!" He said.
His curled tail twitched behind him. He wasn't much of a good liar, but it was enough to persuade the Stantler of it being true.

Siwa smirked at him, "Isn't that just like a human? Typical, selfish humans. Trust me when I say that you're better off without it." She snorted, "Still, now that you're not associated with that things anymore, I suppose I can help you out."
Siwa burst out laughing as he spelled his name, "Well then, Ebba, I suppose you ought to know my name as well. I'm Kubwa'Siwa, but just Siwa for short." She nodded, completely oblivious to the fact that Ebba was lying through his teeth to her.
"C'mon, I'll show you around and teach you how to survive out here in the wild." She shook the light layer of snow off of her fur and trotted off to under some thickly clustered trees, where barely any snow reached the ground. "If you get cold or hungry, look for trees like this." She tapped the pine tree with her antler, "Not much snow gets to the ground, so it's easier to stay warm, and the grass is fresher." She smiled, suddenly seeming rather friendly. For her, there was no better feeling than showing a formerly-domestic Pokemon the error of their ways, and making them wild again.

Ebba followed after Siwa, staying silent along the way. He nodded when she spoke and drifted off as he walked. He was utterly surprised by the fact of how friendly she was even after the battle they held together. He thought she would be more assertive than they way she appeared than, but he was obviously wrong. As he teetered slightly, he nearly lost balance. He was really hungry, but he was weary of going for the grass by the tree. "Uhhhh..." he was as he woozed slightly. His stomach churned begging for food.

Siwa blinked at Ebba, "Well, go on, it' doesn't bite." She laughed, "Or are you still a fan of human food?" She sighed, "You know, grass really isn't that different from berries. It just grows on the ground, that's all." She smiled.
"Seriously, you look hungry. You have to eat something..." She pondered for a moment, and then remembered the berries she'd gathered back at her clearing. "Oh! I've got an idea. Wait here." With that, she bounded off through the trees and out of sight, only to appear moments later with three different kinds of berries in her mouth. She dropped them on the ground at his feet and nudged them towards him, offering them to him.
"There aren't any Pecha, but I've got Rawst, Razz, and Cheri back at my home. Do you like any of those?"

Sniffing at the peculiar berries, he wondered if she had poisoned them. Still wondering, he sniffed again and nipped the Cheri berry. As the juices of the berry filled his mouth, his hunger took response and he gobbled down the three berries. "F-ffooooddd!" Ebba said as he strained himself. He cringed for a moment, he sounded just like Meeka. Well, Ebba did spend a long time with her, so it was obvious some things would rub off on him. "Um..." Ebba said pausing. "What exactly do you do for entertainment around here...?"

"Wow, you're REALLY hungry." Siwa laughed, "Come on, I've got some more at my home, it's right over here." She nodded and went through some trees to her clearing, which now had a layer of snow covering the grass she had been eating earlier. At the base of one of the trees was a small pile of the three different kinds of berries, mostly Rawst. The pile was carefully located so that snow would not bury them.
"Entertainment? You mean like... Fun?" Siwa thought for a moment. "Well, out here it's mostly survival, but I find it kind of fun to frighten off humans who want to take my territory." She grinned, "When they don't have any Pokemon to protect them, they run like crazy. It's great!"

Ebba bit back his tongue. He wanted to retort at what Siwa had said about scaring humans. They are not that bad at all! As he nipped and chewed at the pile of berries that were carefully placed, he sighed. What has he gotten himself into? A search for Pecha berries lead to him lying to a Stantler who had defeated him. And if she were to find out the truth, there was a chance he would have his a** beaten again. He slumped as he stood, a heavy feeling on the inside churning his stomach. Sighing, he looked over, his ears twitching slightly. This was bad really...bad.
Meeka slomped her way around the snowy forest. Ebba had not returned yet and this grew her worried. "Ebba? Hey Ebba are you around here?" she called.
[[Hope it is okay if I throw Meeka in there for about a post or two. I want to cause drama for Ebba. 83]]

Siwa grinned as Ebba ate the berries, glad that he was getting something to eat. He may be a pampered Stantler, but he'll make it out here if I help him out a bit. She thought to herself, scraping her rock-hard antlers against a nearby tree out of habit, marking her territory with the marks left in the tree bark.
"What was that?" She perked up at the sound of Meeka's voice, her ears twitching slightly. "Ebba, did you hear that? I think there's something coming." Her eyes narrowed as she peered through the trees, searching for the source. What ever it was, it wasn't in sight. Not yet, anyway. ((Of course! Drama is loved xD ))

Ebba twisted himself around when he saw Siwa move. This was not grand at all! Quickly, he shuffled next to her to draw her attention away. "Oi, Um, Siwa?" he said panicking. "It is getting cold...er. Why don't we move ourselves to a cave or something? That way, we can um...stay warm? Yea, stay warm. So...Let's go...now...I mean now!" Ebba said as he dashed forward. He had no idea where a cave was but if he had a head start, maybe it would help? As he huffed from running, he trotted to conserve more energy. He look across a bank of some trees and saw one carved out into the mountain side. "Over here!" he said.

"Yeah, it is a tad nippy..." Siwa was shocked at how quickly the snow had begun to fall, thick and cold. And to think that just the other day it had been warm! The climate was always changing, but it never ceased to amaze Siwa.
"Whoa there, what's your rush?" She teased, hurrying after him through the trees until she, too, saw the cave. "Good call, this is a nice one." She smiled, admiring the fact that the cave was large enough to fit them both, though admittedly without much wiggle room. Still, it'd do, and for the purpose of keeping warm, it would do the trick just fine.
"So, shall we go inside?" She asked, heading into the moderately sized cave without waiting for his answer.

Ebba tensed. He wondered if he was far away enough to not hear Meeka. He twisted his ears about to see if he call was still heard. After a couple of moment, he head nothing. Sighing with relief was all he can do now. But he returned to his senses as he followed Siwa to the cave. When he entered, he felt the somewhat 'roof' of the cave hit his antlers. He huffed, apparently too tall to stand. So he took the initiative to lay down.. He rested his muzzle on the ground as he did so. He had enough crap today he felt.

"Hey there, don't look so down on yourself." Siwa smiled comfortingly and lay beside him, nudging him with her nose. "You did good for your first day on your own. Half the abandoned Pokemon I see spend all their time running around looking for their humans, but not you." She nodded approvingly. "You're one of the good ones. I'm proud of you, kid."
Siwa thought for a minute, "You know, you're probably the best recovery story I've ever seen. Sure, you've still got that scarf, but..." She eyed the red and white striped piece of cloth, "But hey, I'll bet it's warm. It's almost like a trophy, if you think about it."
