Bio: Giros is the ruler of the Dukedom of Pellados, a fiefdom and client state of the Draconis Empire. For the last several years he has ruled Pellados with a moderate fist only resorting to violence as necessary and trying to solve problems diplomatically when possible. Out of the millions of Draconian vessels he is easily among some of the more civilized and practical. He is fiercely loyal to the Draconian Twin Crown and considers nothing to be too base when done for the Emperor.
