are they considered BJDs? i mean.. they're asian, ball jointed, and they are dolls... o.0;;;

Well... they're action figures, and they're ball jointed in the same way that 27cm dollfies are, which is to say, complicated hinges, which aren't technically ball joints. They're not strung, and not resin, and not customizable, also.
