It's from an anime about a girl who can change reality to whatever she wants but doesn't know it. These three people: alien, time traveler, and Esper are trying to figure out her powers to use them. The girl cannot die and has commonly destroyed the universe and created a new one, which is either exactly the same or entirely different.
