At Anime Expo 2008, the moment we had all been waiting for was finally announced. Vic Mignogna got the role for Tamaki in Ouran High School Host Club!!!! Exciting right? I can't wait for the DVD release in October!

YAY!! I squeeled so loud when they announced that. My parents were like o.O I can't wait to see how it turns out!

omg, i wasn't at ax but i had an idea that vic would run towards the stage, while in the ouran outfit, in excitement while the girls screamed like crazy and as soon as i saw the update vid on funimation/ouran i literally squealed XDDDDD i just knew he would be tamaki right from the start XDDDDDDD

I sqealed too!! I think he's perfect for Tamaki!!!!! He'll bring his crazy side right out perfectly. I can't wait. I'm going to save to buy it when it first comes out! I think it was funny what he did to Catlin on stage though. XD A friend on Deviantart had it in her journal. I'm so excited that I can't keep still.

in the whole video recorded by ShadowDragon28 on youtube, Vic said he had to mosh 3 of his best know characters together. his words were (to what i remember) "Tamaki is smooth and sexy like Dark, yet smart and articulate like Fai, and sometimes for no actual reason HE SPAZZES OUT LIKE ED!!" the way he says it is so funny. try looking in PT 2 or 3 for how he said it.

In Vic's panel in Mega Con 08,he totally got us!We thought he was going to tell us something big and he goes "I'll give you some Ouran news,ready?...........................................They wear blue jackets."we were about to pounce on him!It was hilarious!I'm happy for him,though.I CAN'T WAIT!!! biggrin

xd that's hilarious......at colossal con '08, he kept giving hints like "i love many of my characters, and there's some new ones that i'm working on, and i know i'll love them as well"
i knew right away he was thinking of Tamaki, and some other characters i don't know of.....
i think the dub's gonna be really good though! i'm so gonna buy season 1 when it comes out!
