I give you a 8.5 for imagination but had to detract points for the unexplained ability to swallow a Chakram...
If I were Akemi, I would hire a bard to continuously sing Joxer the Mighty while I was chained to a tree while hungry, little birds picked at my skin.

7 for creativity. points off because I'm pretty sure the dirt would just come out her mouth again... I once had a mosquito fly up my nose and it came out my mouth. I guess it all depends on chance.
If I were Akemi, I'd have someone bury me up to my neck in the ground and wait for it to rain. Meanwhile, a dog with a full bladder will be chained right next to me while I wait.

I would put a ton of tiny little cuts all over my body from my feet up and then have myself chained to a rock on the shore of the ocean. Then it's just a matter of waiting for the tide to come in and put a ton of salt into the cuts.
