Needless to say Adriel had seen better days. One of his tentacles had a heavy bandaged wrapped around the tip of it as result from a previous accident he was learning to regret. Sure the tentacle had deserved it.. ignoring his command (not that , that was new) and trying to grope any member of the opposite sex he walked by and don't get him started going in department stores....he had to steer clear of the womans clothing section.
With a sigh he was sitting at a table in the food court in the mall. He was hoping maybe to run into Mareike again. ut he hadn't seen the red skinned three eye'd girl in a long while. He wondered if she was going alright. Same with Duncan ...he missed the wrath boy. It was strange how his closes friends both were wrath baised....

O U R A D V E N T U R E "ALright, your treat." Zephyr sighed and followd the child, only to watch him order a large fries with gravy. Sighing, he just ordered a salad and walked to sit by, only to have his son run off eagerly to meet a long lost friend. Following, he sat down nearby."Hello. Where's your mother?" He asked. Well, the other had grown now... perhaps the older one thought the younger was more responsible now... not that he could do so with Slythor.
Slythor simply grabbed one of the tentacles curiously. "Wow Adriel! You got bigger! I did too!" He proudly puffed out his chest. "Want fries?" He placed it in between them. "Let's eat!"

Adriel had been caught off gaurd as suddenly someone he hadn't seen for a long while came charging up to him enthusiastically. The tentacles sensing Slythor immediately reached forward to 'greet' him. He then found questions being thrown at him from two people whilst he was trying to regain his composure.
"Ah...Ma...er..my mom is doing a bit of shopping..." he explained, for it were true Jay had needed some alone time in the woman's underwear store...and quite frankly the women in their looked quite hostile when Adriel had come in with her....so she left him in the food court knowing full well that he wouldn't go anywhere.
"Um...yes...I see you have grown." He noted and then fries came into view. He couldn't deny being hungry...but even as he thought of having one his right tentacle abandoned greeting Slythor to instead grab a fry delicately.
"Um...h..how have you been?" he inquried not to come off as rude.

O U R A D V E N T U R E Zephyr nodded and allowed the two to do as they wished with each other, he only standing by to watch. After all, Slythor needed the catch up time with his friend much more than he did with the child. IT would be unfair not to let them enjoy.
Slythor grinned and ate a fry himself. "Great! I met a few new people! It was cool!" He grinned happily. "Then I drew up, and it felt so cool!" He puffed out his scaled chest happily, before going back to eat his fries. He took a tentacle almost roughly in one hand, looking at it carefully. "What's it like to have these things?"

It seemed like everyone who didn't have the tentacles always were curious about what it was like to have them. He wanted to tell the boy that they were annoying a pain in the butt and tht he wished that he didn't have them at all. THough he honestly knew deep down that he loved them...he just was too annoyed at them at the moment to think otherwise.
"Um...the..they are kinda..hard to..control. Th...they have mind's of their own...I guess." He explained for he wasn't sure if they had brains or not but they certainly acted without instruction. THe boy had felt when he had grown? He had been asleep both times when it happened ...he had to wonder what it felt like....to grow.
"Um..w..who have you met?" He asked wondering if they shared any of the same friends.

O U R A D V E N T U R E Zephyr nodded and petted Slythor gently. "I'll go now. I'll leave you two to enjoy... I'm just going to get us drinks." He then stood up and with a final glance he walked over to stand in line to order drinks.
Slythor instead looked at the tentacled and playfully grabbed one, the other eating a fry. "Oh... Uhm.. Ferox... and A bunch of others. " He replied, not wanting to remember too much right now. "And you!" He grinned once more, happy. "So, have some!" He shoved the bucket of fries towards the other.

Adriel watched a bit wide eye'd as the adult decided to leave was that such a wise idea but it was too late as he was now gone. His attention was soon distracted by french fries being shoved in his face. He didn't even have a chance to decline properly as a tentacle grabbed a fry and shoved it in his mouth.
If he could of sighed he would of. But currently his mouth was full of food. He was happy that he got to see Slythor again. But he felt a bit worried about how his tentacles would react to Slythor...he had gnawed on them last time.
"So why are you here? Mom told me she needed some...'stuff' "

"Papa said it wasn't a good idea for me to stay in familiar places all day so he brought me somewhere new. He told me he had to look up on a few stores his friends had suggested to him anyways. I think it's dumb that they have a building full of shops." Slythor replied, shrugging. "Your tentacles are funny. Just punch them or something if they do something wrong. "

Adriel offered the kid a smile at his comment about punching the tentacles when the misbehaved. "A..h..I could..b..but they are apart of..m..me. So..if they get hurt..I can feel it.." He murmured as he found out the hard way. He didn't really see how his tentacles were funny...they were annoying.
At the comment about a building full of stores he looked around and then back to Slythor. "I ..guess it is..m..more convienant to have e.everything in one place." He replied he soon found another french fry being shoved into his mouth. His tentacles were ignoring slythor for the most part...more eager to feed Adriel than anything.

Slythor grinned and grabbed a tentacle, looking at it. "They look kinda funny." He stated flatly, poking at the one in his hand. "Well since I think they like you, hurting them would mean hurting you, so they'll not do it by 2!" He grinned at hsi wayward math skills, logic making perfect sense in his mind, insanity for everyone else.
"Oh, ok..." He giggled at the strange tentacles stuffing the poor boy full. He laughed. "Do you really like fries?" He asked contently. Maybe Adriel should train them to do things, they seemed strong... not as strong as he was through.

The tentacle that was grabbed and poked at wriggled and writhed in protest, it apparently liked to bug other people but did not seem so keen to have the same treated done unto it. Wrenching itself away from his prodding hands it then wrapped itself around the boys wrist squeezing tightly as if to prove a point.
"Fries? U..h..n..o...I..mean...I do..like them..but.." Adriel had started but instantly his hand went to try and get his tentacle to release Slythor's wrist.
"N..no! Stop that! He..he didn't mean it!" He told the tentacle who seemed rather upset at having been grabbed in the first place. Perhaps they recalled Slythor chewing on them when his was younger. His other tentacle having paused in its food giving decided this was a much more interesting game and reached out to grab Slythor's other arm.

O U R A D V E N T U R E Slythor grinned as the tentacles decided to try and fight back. He didn't mind how tight it was on his wrist. The sensation was lessened slightly by his scales, so it wasn't all that bad. However he took that as a challenge and grinned evily, pulling the offending tentacle towards himself, and them comping down as hard as he could onto the tendril. "Take that!" He shouted through his stuffed mouth.

The tentacle did NOT like being chomped on. It thrashed, and flailed trying to get out of the pointy teeth that were chewing on it. Adriel flushed, it hurt and was a strange sensation at the same time.
"Ah...ahhh stop that!" He pleaded to Slythor this time, he didn't like how it felt and yet did at the same time. It confused him. His other tentacle yanked hard on the boys wrist and Adriel was afraid he was going to hurt the kid.

O U R A D V E N T U R E Zephyr came back to see the two what looked to be harassing each other. He sighed. Couldn't he get a little shopping done without Slythor getting into some kind of trouble? He walked over and puled Slythor away from the tentacles and Adriel away from Slythor.
Slythor frowned, his fun gone.

Adriel had never been so relieved to see an adult in his life. After they had managed to be separated the gnawed on tentacle went close to Adriel's body like a wounded puppy might.
Looking it over and stroking it be felt the soreness but there wasn't any serious wounds...only superficial ones. He was glad...but he didn't really care for the feeling of being chewed on.
"Uh..th..thank..you.." He stammered to Zephyr.
