A thick sea of trees surround the outskirts of Karakura making this a very secluded place where secret meeting could be done since there are only a few passers-by, even in the busiest of days, but especially during the night where neither the sound of a cat's step could be heard. However, the real thing that keeps people away from here is that, according to urban legend, there was once a brutal murder that occurred there during the winter wherein a 13-year old schoolgirl was raped and killed. Her body was never found although during the investigation of the crime scene, the bodies of four Yakuza were found, hacked to pieces from what seemed to be their very own katana. Strangely enough, a few days after the said katana was put inside the inventory at the police station, it disappeared mysteriously. Since then, strange stories have begun circulating about snowing in an isolated spot on the outskirts of town, and those who investigated the phenomenon swear that they saw a young girl, standing in the middle, holding a bloody katana in her hand.

A black convertible pulled out from the side of the dirt road as a driver, clad in fine uniform, stepped out and opened the back door of the car. Stepping out, Ky looked around the designated rendezvous point where Xeion's letter indicated, and saw nothing but darkness with the only illumination coming from the moon and from the car's lights. "Heil, you may go now and wait for me a fair distance away. I do not wish to be bothered." He requested and his driver followed without question as the black convertible disappeared into the night, leaving Ky among the darkness. "How long do I have to wait for you, Xeion?" He muttered to himself, tapping his foot in impatience. Ky didn't like to make people wait as Ky didn't like to wait himself.

From out of the darkness of the woods, Xeion trotted up to the meeting place, holding a bouquet of spider lilies of the finest quality available. "Hey there Ky, nice to see you again." He greeted as he put the flowers down on the ground, near a strange-looking tree. "Here you go Yuki-chan, the flowers I promised you." He said with a smile. Suddenly, the area began to snow as a girl, with long, dark hair, wearing a black seifuku uniform and holding a bloody katana emerged from behind him. Kneeling down at the flowers, Yuki took them and looked up at Xeion. "Thank you, onii-chan." She said, smiling. "No problem, Yuki-chan" He replied, patting the girl on the head.

"Oh my, Xeion, you didn't tell me you were into little girls?" Ky mocked, laughing at Xeion's display of courtesy to the little girl whom he assumed to be the ghost girl the urban legends were raving about. "If I only knew, I would've brought a barbie playset for the newly-wed couple. In any case, you know what we're both here for; you challenge me, I challenge you. Fair deal, yes?"
Ky put a hand inside his pocket and fished out a controller. Pressing a small, red button, numerous metallic pillars, ten feet high and pulsating with electrical energy popped out from the ground in a circular pattern. The pillars resonated with each other's electrical pulses as bolts of energy jumped from one pillar to another, completing the circle and making a ring of pure energy with Xeion and himself inside.
"Xeion, this is a perfect place for a death match, right? A hundred thousand volts of pure electricity surround the ring, preventing anything from getting inside or outside. Isn't it marvelous!?" Putting the controller back inside his pocket, Ky slowly unbuttoned his clothes, revealing a rather sleek battle uniform, specifically designed by famous designers just for the occasion. Removing his monocle, Ky wiped the glass and out it inside his pocket as he took out another pair of, now oval, glasses. He then took a ribbon from his back pocket and tied his long hair back to make a pony tail. Taking out his trusty magnum pistol, he got ready for the impending duel.
"My old friend, you don't know how much I've waited for this day to come! We are alone and undisturbed. Quite fitting for the meeting of two old friends, eh?" [1]

((I'll start the battle up with a first strike then I'll log off. I have some urgent business to attend to.))
"Well then, let the finale to our long and tragic play start! Two enter but only one shall triumph! Break a leg, Xeion, my friend!" Ky exclaimed, pulling out and aimed his magnum, putting out a few shots, emptying the barrel. Without too much delay, Ky called out Schutze, his Doll, and had it transform into a gattling gun, firing a blaze of bullets at the stationary opponent. "Oh, I'm not done yet, Xeion!" Returning to Doll mode, Schutze opened his shoulder compartment as micro missiles fired simultaneously from them, all headed towards the shinigami target. Quite a way to start a battle.

Asuma grinned from the shadows, as Ky, as he thought, would try to get the advantage with guns. Oh, what a pity. Asuma stepped from the shadows, from a building not to far from them. Mari came with him, the guns Asuma had been working on at the ready. "Aim." As Asuma said the command, Mari raised the guns, and 12 bullets appeared in the magazine. "Fire." Mari aimed at the barrage, but couldn't get a good shot, from all the projectiles. Asuma sighed. "Oh, screw it. Don't worry about it Mari." Asuma used a shunpo to get close to the ring, throwing a medium sized dagger into the electricity. Charged with his reiatsu, it could stand the high voltage coming from the ring. As it exploded, Asuma drew his falchion. "Scatter into the Wind, Ki Ikou((Raw Power))" As his falchion dissipated into a fine metal powder, a shield instant formed in front of Xeion. As the different bullets hit, they bounced off, only being metal. The small missiles, on the other hand, dented the shield. As the different missiles hit, some were bounced off, while Asuma had to concentrate to hold the shield together. "Oh, this is annoying." Asuma chuckled, punching the back of the shield. Instantly, that part of the shield shot forward, like a stalactite, trying to impale Ky. It was still connected to the shield, and could be retracted back if need be. "Xeion, time to play the song." Asuma said, grinning.

"Schutze!" Ky commanded as his Doll jumped out and caught the part of the shield being used as a projectile. Schutze tightened his already vice-like grip as the projectile shattered to pieces. "My, my, Xeion, you didn't tell me you had such an impatient friend waiting in the shadwos. And I thought I made it clear not to bring anybody, fighting fair and square? And what's more, your friend even defended you from my little attack. This only shows how truly weak you are, needing your allies to come and save you and babysit you." Ky mocked, laughing, pulling out the controller from his pocket and pushed the green button.
Ky giggled and then continued to mock him. "Xeion, you are a hypocrite. You preach about honor and respect, even to one's opponents, yet you yourself do not follow your own words. You have dishonored yourself as a warrior and only have yourself to blame. Because of your selfish act, you and the entire town will pay the consequence." Putting the controller back inside his pocket, Ky shot the switch to the energy barrier, forcefully increasing the amount of energy it generated from 100,000V to 150,000V
"You say you are honest and proper yet you are the first one to break the deal; the warrior's code of ethics which you used to say to me back in the old days. You are not the honorable Xeion I once knew, no, you're just a lying, cheating hypocrite just like your fellow shinigami! And I thought you were still the same old Xeion who kept his promises!" Ky shouted, infuriated, and pulled out two uzis and shot at the target.
"You betrayed me once and you've betrayed me yet again! I see now, you're true colors are as bright as day, Xeion! You are nothing but a dishonorable slob of piss worth!"
((Hey Xeion, I thought you and I made it clear in the PM that no match interference is allowed until the 25th post? Anyway, just as we agreed, I can auto-hit you once for breaking the rules.))

((well, seeing as you've annoyed pretty much every person in Seireitei, some of the shinigami have decided to ignore the rules set by Xeion and you. Sorry Xeion-kun....but I'm tired of these games. Ky, your little "500 post or everything dies" thing, is voided, unless stated by a captain or other higher up. it's happening here.

Thanatos walked along the roof, and stood watching. He swung his broawdsword up, and shrugged it onto his shoulder. Crouching down he watched the following events eagerly.

Oath ran toward the outskirts. He stopped near Asuma and started watching the battle. "Well. Will Xeion be fine there all alone? I mean, if you were there, I wouldn't be worried one bit. But just him is...bad. Does he even have bankai?" he asked nervously.
