Rules:

Alright…I know everybody hates rules,
But if we didn’t have rules…
Everything would be a mess.

I remember my English teacher saying:
"Rules are the way of society. Weather or not we want them,
We need them, and we always go back to them
To keep human society moving forward in a civilized matter.”

He had a point there. So, of course, I’m making some rules.
Not too many though… I’m pretty laid back when it comes to it.

1)Follow the Gaia TOS. That shouldn’t be too hard, right?
2)No Flaming anybody. I’m all for opinions, but if you are putting down someone on how their art looks, or their opinion, or racial discrimination, I won’t take it. That’s not allowed.
3)Keep things civil. When it comes to arguments, there’s a limit. If it gets too bad, You’ll get a warning and a ticket to finish it in PM’s.
4)Swearing… difficult to say. I’ll allow it, as long as it’s not too bad, it’s not hurting someone, not discriminating them, or it doesn’t get out of hand. Don’t forget, If you don’t like nasty words, there is a place under account preferences to change the setting to block words out.
5)Txt-talk and literacy. I’m not too picky, but some things do bother me. When your chatting it’s okay to txt-talk, but make it easy on the eyes. Something we can all read and understand without having to go get an expert translator. Though, if you posting in Lyrics or Stories, or things like that, please try to make literate. That would be soo appreciated. Only 2 things I do not want to see. Leet and the uppercase-lowercase bullcrap. Ex) “WhAt’S gOiNg oN mAn?” or “h37 \\/\\/475 u9?” Or something like that. Oof.
6)No major Bumping. That’s what the Chatterbox is for. A random post here and there is fine. We just prefer actual conversation, though like I said, a random here and there thing is perfectly okay.
7)Introduce yourself. There is a sticky where you can introduce yourself. PLEASE DO. That way it’s easier for people to get to know you, and also it helps keep track of things. Jay and I will be checking it often.
8 )Respect. That’s right. Doesn’t matter who it is, A captian, Vice-captian, crew member, mods… Everyone. Respect yourself and everyone else around you.
9)Do not ask to become a mod. That’s the best way NOT to become one. We may ask you to become a crew member, but we’ll come to you.
10) The Lounge. It’s a place to relax and have free discussion with people. Don’t make it a bad thing. Please. Free speech is great, I’m all for it, but there are limits. I’m sure you know them by now.
11) Spamming. Please do not spam lame crap. We are okay with advertising as long as you put it in the right spot and it has to do with the guild. Other then that, it will be deleted.
12) You have 3 warnings. It’s just like baseball, 3 strikes, and your out. That’s a lot of chances, unless you do something terrible. If you use up the 3 warnings, or you do something absolutely terrible, you will be banned. I’m pretty laid back on these things, so don’t sit on needles, follow the rules as best as you can, and you should be fine. Also, a hint: Normally you get a “warning” if it’s pretty bad. Otherwise you get a “slap on the hand, don’t do it again” kind of thing.
13) BE CREATIVE. Open up your mind and show the world everything you can. Show your talent and be appreciated for it! Do not hold back! This guild was MEANT to have artsy people do what they do best.

Alright, I think that’s it. I may update, if there are rules to be added or deleted.
