OK, so I had this really really messed up idea. And since I know that there are other messed up individuals in this guild, I thought it might work.
What I'm going to do is assign a number to each character in PGSM. Then I will randomly generate two numbers.
Our mission is to try and figure out how we can make this randomly generated pairing work.
See? I told it was crack!
I split the names up by gender, thus allowing us to easily generate M/F, M/M, or F/F pairings if we want.
Also, feel free to suggest additions to the list.

Hmmmmm maybe...
Mio could hang around the Crown just the same as the senshi do, before they find out she is evil. She could have a secret hideout there that no one notices the whole entire time, which means she could possibly show up incognito to go there. I would guess she would sing sometimes, with her "pop star" background thing. She could bond with Nephrite when he is in his human form working at the crown. I can see her poking fun at him to make him angry.
Somehow after she gets defeated in the Special act she returns in bad condition to her secret hideout and Nephrite runs into her while hanging around with the Shittennou and Mamoru. <3 This, of course, means that they have to hang around after the wedding.
Is that any good? xd

That could work.
I also see the option of working something in the Dark Kingdom pre-episode 36. Mio hadn't technically made an appearance yet in the Dark Kingdom, but that doesn't mean that she couldn't have been lurking around...
Or maybe it does. Zoisite didn't know she was Beryl's shadow until then... but he just locked himself in the piano room, so it could maybe work.
I see a pouty, depressed Nephrite, turned away by Beryl finding comfort in her shadow?

Strange pairing. A nut case (sorry Mio fans) and a temperamental dude, what more can you have xd For some reason I don't think that pair would work. Nephy gets annoyed very easy and with her annoying personality. I can only imagine the fights and the word shooting out of Neph's mouth.
Neph: I told you to get away from me!
Mio: But Nephichiki I want to do something *does her pouting look*
Neph: I told you to get the [censored] away from me and don't call me by that name *spazes out*
My case is closed for this discussion.

Or being that she's Beryl's shadow, she could use that to hold sway over poor Nephy and make him use his anger to do her evil bidding. And in doing so, they find love!
