Time is the memory that lives in all of us,
where birth gives life to death,
which then murmurs
the time of day that it's fate was set.
An air wave, a breeze,
that floats silently by,
caressing each being's heart
with white noise that can only be experience.
Time is the breath that we share.
You exhale, and I'll recycle your air,
whispers one hemisphere to the next.
And so it continues.
Nothing is gone forever.

Glowing with brilliance,
Field full of flowers,
they bloom silence
The caterpillar transforms,
to the beauty of a butterfly,
flies away into the sun
it leaves the tainted,
spreads its beauty farther as it flies,
the snow begins to fall
the sun rises at its end nears,
the field of flowers where it was born
it lays down as it begins to die
th butterfly dies under the snow,
the cycle goes on as the spring comes once again,
another butterfly is born again...

I'm willing to give Panda a run for her money. xp Here's a super short story. A piece of 55 Fiction, a short story in 55 words exactly.

The exhilaration of his acceleration,
Cascading to the earth, awoke within him feelings of ecstasy he never felt before.
His heart palpitated rushing oxygen to his starved brain.
"This is what shatters the mundane…"
He was on a collision course with Earth.
He opened his eyes seconds before impact,
Witnessing the horror,
Staining the pavement.

i'll enter again. o:
i guess this is peaceful to me because its an experience that i've had, and i was actually quite happy with this peace after i wrote it, which... well, i think you'll understand after you read it. ;]
