pretty nice, although it looks a little too much like it was dodged+burned. you could probably fix it by adding some more colors and strengthening the shading on his face. i really like how the hair turned out, and i liked how they came out sharp. i'm not too fond of the smudginess of the rest of him though, his shoulder dealie looks like it's made of some soft material as his face because there isn't anything well defined. maybe adding some texture like scratches or something and adding more colors will make it pop. sorta like what you did with the back of his head and having it look warmer...incorporating that same idea to the whole piece will make this look spectacular. the colors you have right now looks good as a general area to start with, and if you spent more time on it you can make it look really professional.

and i guess for the graphical aspect, i probably would add some thinner wisps of hair trailing away on the left side, because it just looks like your illustration abruptly stops there. it might not real, but adding that would make it look more interesting to look at. not to mention maybe adding a subtle gradient in the background, to sort of emphasize where the light source is coming from. like maybe take the lightest color from his shoulder dealie as the light source for the gradient and then taking the opacity of that layer down to 50% or something.

the font looks alright...although as a teensy critique, i woulda made the text extend all the way to the sides of your piece, maybe make them smaller but adding more spacing between the letters. i do like the texture-y look to them though.
