Kansai Headquarters Entrance Built with several sanctums, deep into the bamboo forests of Kyoto lies the headquarters for the Kansai Magic association. It is nearly impossible to get to though due to the illusionary magic that keeps people wandering through it’s forests. Despite how powerful the magic user, only those of the Kansai Magic association can truly enter, or if the association is willing to let in certain people.

The 'trolley lady' from the train was running, she hated pulling that facade so much, it was irritating as all hell, especially since she had to be nice and deal with a bunch of teenage adolescents who hadn't a sense of behavior in their bones. Placing a large pair of round glasses on, the woman arrived after running from the side of the streets and stood out the front of the entrance, waiting for her 'employies' to turn up or emerge from whatever hiding place they were at.
"Did someone call for an exterminator?"
The voice nearly scared the woman to death as she spun around, to the sight of a male dressed in what appeared to be covert special ops gear, with a pair of night vision goggles resting over his eyes. Not turned on but you could tell that those eyes behind the goggles were focused solely on her.
"Is that necessary Kenneth-san?"
"...Yes. For the sole purpose of you knowing I'm here."
Kenneth replied, slowly reaching up to his neck and goggles, he pulled his goggles of before pulling of his belaclava. The male was clearly a foreigner, the had a rough appearance, dorned with a few scars and one large scar crossing in between his eyes. His clothing was militaristic, though whatever symbols of nation, regiment and rank had been removed. On his belt were several items, including two concussion grenades, two fragmentation grenades, a Glock 17 semi-automatic pistol, a few spare clips, a flask filled with whisky and a combat knife. Draped under his arm, hanging of a sling was a P90 Sub-Machine gun. Giving a smirk, he placed the goggles back on and let them rest on his forehead as he reached for his flask and took a long mouthful from it. As he moved it away from his mouth, he offered it to the woman.
"Ugh...no thanks, I don't drink."
"Your loss Chigusa."
"Chigusa-san! Use honorifics when addressing me!"
"Whatever..."
Chigusa was appalled by this mans lack of respect, and he said he was once part of the military. What a joke. But his skills, she had seen them first hand and he was one of the best, the elite of the elite and judging from the information that her 'friend' had given her, she definitely needed him. She stood there with her arms crossed, waiting for the others to show up, glancing at Kenneth every so often, by the looks of things he was inspecting his pistol or something similar.

Walking down the stairs was a small girl dressed in a puffy white lolita dress and a large hat with big round glasses. She was smiling as she held a pair of swords in her left hand "Chigusa-san~" she said as she made her way lightly down the stairs and was just about to the bottom when she let her glasses slip from her as she caught them but fell down pass the last stair "ouch" she said as she fixed her glasses and dusted herself off as she was still smiling.
She adjusted her hat as well as she looked at the boy with the military gear "you always have to be so sneaky Kenneth-san" she said as she looked at his outfit.

Chigusa turned to see the young optimistic lolita goth walk down the stairs, a smirk came to her as she saw her second employie, someone who actually showed a bit of respect. But as she fell, Chigusa was already having second thoughts of hiring this one, she was a tad bit clumsy but a good swordsmen, from the Shinmei. But each mercenary she hired had their pros and cons, Kenneth for example despite his training, background and knowledge was a disrespectful drunk and Tsukuyomi was a klutz. Bah! She would have to live with it.
"Good too see you have arrived Tsukuyomi-san, now the other two."
"You mean the two munchkins who are no taller then my di-forearm?"
"...yes those two..."
Such disrespect, Chigusa rolled her eyes at Kenneths previous comment as she glared at him.
Kenneth was smirking however at his last comment, a fair and good call. Upon hearing Tsukuyomi talk, he turned to her, still playing around with his pistol.
"You see Tsu, my job and training requires me to be sneaky and stealthy, you aren't just going to walk up to the enemy and say 'Hi I'm going to splatter your brains onto the pavement now.'"
Pulling the top of the pistol back, he quickly aimed it at Tsukuyomi and pulled the trigger, which caused the pistol to make a loud click and do nothing, the older male gave a laugh as he spun the pistol around his finger, giving a smile.
"You get them when they least expect it..."
The pistol was unloaded of course, the first rule was to never leave a pistol loaded when not going into combat. Slowly pulling a clip from his belt, he quickly slotted it into the Glock 17 and pulled the top back and then slotted it back into its holster.

Out from the bamboo trees from the entrance of the Kansai HQ, came a young boy with a white winter hat that had a Japanese symbol stitched onto the front of it. He wore a white t-shirt and a black jacket over it with black pants to match. Same with the shoes, black. As he walked out from the bamboo, he stuffed his hand into his pockets and continued on toward the group of people he was supposed to meet. The young boy had long black hair in which he kept in a straight pony tail behind him.
Kotaro Inugami.
On his way there to the group, he was able to witness and hear what the oaf said about him being a munchkin and also the cockiness with the gun. "Call me a munchkin again, and I swear I'll rip your frickin' insides out." With that, Kotaro took out his right hand from his pocket and clenched his hand into tiger style, showing off his sharp claws for Kenneth to see.
Out of no where, another young boy who was just a tad taller tha Kotaro, had appeared right to the side of Kenneth. No one would have had the power to sense him coming in this group. Not even Chigusa. The young boy had short white hair and he had a blank expression on his face. He meant no harm and he didn't even say a word. He was just there to join them in their little meeting. Some people called this young boy, 'The White-Haired Youth.'
Fate Averruncus.

"Alright then, how about Oompalompa? Or Gnome? Either way kid, your small and you'd be dead before your body hits the ground."
Kenneth said, raising up his P90 into both his hands, tapping the but of the rifle as he aimed it in Kotaro's direction. It was just a standard P90, though the only differences were that it had a sling so it could be hung under his arm or across his back and that there was a silencer on the barrel.
"Silver buddy."
And that the entire ammunition clip along with the spares were filled with silvered rounds which hurt vampires and other similar creatures, big time.
"Kenneth shut up! You too Kotaro!"
Chigusa snapped as she changed her glare to both of them. Kotaro Inugami, good with close combat and a cabable fighter, though he had an attitude problem and didn't know when to shut the hell up.
"Alright, so this is tonight's plans. Kotaru stay behind here and remain on standby. Kenneth, you will go to the rendezvous point to meet up with my associate."
"On it."
With that, Kenneth pulled his belaclava down over his head and pushed the night vision goggles down. Holding onto his P90 tightly, he leapt into a nearby tree and was gone.
[Kenneth exits to elsewhere]
"And Fate, you and Tsukuyomi will wait at the extraction point to teleport us elsewhere. I will take care of the credentials and pick up the prize."
A sinister laugh came from Chigusa as she said that last sentence, if tonight's operation was successful then soon...they would all pay.

"Oh, you're asking for it, buddy!" Kotaro had threatened Kenneth and really wanted to just take him down. He didn't care at all about the consequences of this, and the silver bullets Kenneth mentioned didn't make Kotaro hestitate to attack. And he was just about to, when Chigusa told him to shut up, he just did. He didn't like Kenneth at all. When he heard what his objective was for the day, he just yawned and walked up to Chigusa, confronting her. She was much taller than him and he had to look up to see her face. Not to mention her big breasts in the way. "Eh, why do I have to stay here? Can't one of these guys stay instead?" He wanted a fight and was impatient.
Not even saying a word to Chigusa or the rude man who just left to meet his objective, Fate stood there next to Tsukuyomi as he was told his mission. It wasn't much of a mission, but it would all lead to causing chaos. Just like he did once ago. But that's a later story. Fate waited for a response from Tsukuyomi before he would teleport to his destination.

Tsukuyomi listened to Kenneth's answer to her question as she poked her cheek thinking about it "I have done that" she said as he made like he was going to shoot her but she didn't even move as he pulled the trigger causing the gun to click. He left as he got his instructions and she just stood there nodding "okay, I'll go there" she said as she was looking at Fate "nice to meet you" she said as she bowed, her glasses slid forward a bit as she fixed them.

Chigusa glanced down at Kotaro as he spoke out against his orders, placing one of her hands on her hips and letting the other arm hand losely on the other side, she replied with a harsh and cold tone.
"Because if the boy teacher comes to deliver the note, then you can intercept and eliminate him!"
With that said, she turned and started to walk, taking her glasses of in the process.

"Yeah, but how long would that take...?" He meant saying that after she left so she wouldn't have to answer him again. He realized he would be waiting for awhile, so he just ignored Chigusa's order and wondered off into the city of Kyoto. It could be a day or two before he would see his enemy arrive here. "Negi Springfield..." Kotaro was recalling the day where he first met him when Kotaro decided on roaming Mahora. He was bored and needed to search up information as well. Then he blushed, remembering into one girl and making a huge scene...and he saw her panties. Then it happened again...
[Kotaro wanders into Kyoto aimlessley]
Fate didn't say a word again, but he did nod toward Chigusa as she started to walk away. Then he turned to the Shinmeiryu trained girl, who was quite clumsy. There was more to her deep inside that Fate could see, but he wouldn't show. Without a simple hi, Fate concentrated on teleporting to his destination with Tsukuyomi. Then in an instant, the two vanished.

[Enters from Elsewhere]
After an hour of walking after abandoning the train, using stealth as they walked through the streets.
"If you want to have a practice with Kenneth go ahead."
Chigusa decided to answer Tsukuyomi's question after pondering other thoughts in the time being, and after discussing future plans with Kenneth on what they would do tomorrow...hell Chigusa would start the summoning ritual tonight but she was tired and needed sleep, especially after what happened today. As they made it to the stairs, she carefully placed the now bound and blindfolded Konoka down on the cold hard stairs and stood there for a moment, trying to catch her breath after the long walk.
"Here...we...finally...are..."
Kenneth however had other thoughts on his mind, was what they did right? Kenneth was starting to have regrets, he was only told that he had to help fend of anyone giving chase, there was no mention of kidnapping a helpless girl involved and when he asked she just told him it was non of his business. The only reason he really joined up was to help exterminate more of those bastards, vampires and werewolves that is...
Shrugging those thoughts of he looked at Chigusa for a moment before saying.
"Puffed already?"
He then looked at Tsukuyomi, her outfit was outlandish and ridiculous, though it reminded him of something.
"Tsu, if my nephew was around he would go absolutely bonkers over you."
He had met his nephew once, when his sister and her son had come to Finland for a holiday. He couldn't remember much, even thought it was only a year or two ago but he remembered his nephew was an...odd one...though he did remember the conversation about Japanese culture and how much he ranted on about how hot Lolita Goths were.
[OOC// Hmm...that nephew sounds familiar. xDDD ]

[Enters following Chigusa]
She had finally got her answer "im not really into fighting people with guns" she replied as she would for work and thats about it. She easily kept up with Chigusa as she looked tired, there wasn't even a drop of sweat on Tsukuyomi as she smiled "you don't sound so good" she replied as Kenneth mention something similar.
He made a comment to her as she looked at her outfit "well I just wear what I feel like" she said as she moved the skirt out a bit to look at it. "Do you think they will follow us?" she asked as she was standing a few steps below Chigusa as she looked out.

"You try carrying a teenage girl over your shoulder for an hour uphill and we will see how you do."
Chigusa replied to both in a rather sarcastic and hostile tone as she sat down on the stairs beside Konoka's body, rubbing her temples while assessing the situation. It was a late night and they would have to get into the temple area, they would be well protected and she had a small building out of the way ready for when they proceeded inside.
"Well its a rather...odd choice...it just reminded me of one of my very few enjoyable memories..."
Kenneth replied, slowly reaching for his flask. As he pulled it out he noticed that it was nearly empty. Making a mental note to fill it up once inside, he quickly drank down the whisky, he was already used to the burning sensation that it gave when sculled down at such a speed. As he took a deep breath, he answered her question.
"Highly unlikely. If they were too, they would have lost us. But if they were to follow us, they would have to be rather desperate or stupid...or both."

Tsukuyomi smiled at Chigusa "but thats the job you gave yourself" she said as she looked around again. Kenneth was talking as she looked over at him "but its no fun if they don't follow" she said in almost a whining tone. She really did want to have fun but it didn't seem like any of them would find or follow them.
