OK so Angels, how do you view them? I'm sure every single one of you has heard of them. Angels are talked about in the bible and in many/most religions. Angels are connected with God, many believing in them being the messengers of God and many believing in having a Guardian Angel to watch over you. Angels are never really given a gender in human aspects so to say but they always appear to be masculine (Archangel Michael & Archangel Gabriel) Some believe the Devil's Demons are Angels that have gone to the dark side so to speak as I'm sure you've all heard that some/most Christians believe that the Devil was once an Angel of God.
So my questions to you are:
Do you believe in them or not?
Messengers of God? Protectors? Warriors? Guardians?
Are there female Angels?
Demons, Angels that have gone to the dark side?
Devil once an Angel of God?
What do you think Angels look like? Big and Strong? Big and strong but delicate at the same time? Etc.

I deffinatly belive in angels. They can be male or female. Ive heard in some accounts the angel Gabriel likes to change form into that of a female angel. biggrin
I think Ive got a guardian angel. Im not sure why, I just belive it. biggrin
I guess beliving in that makes me feel safe you know? Why not?

I believe in angels.
I did a research project for my speech class about this, and it mentions there are many types of angels. Like Thrones, and Serephim and Chubrim...I dont think I spelled those right... neutral
Anyway, I believe they are messngers of god, doesnt angel mean messenger in greek...hm...?
I have read that some people believe that demons were angels that followed the devil over god. The devil was said to be one of god's most important and poweful angels.
From what I've read angel's look like diffrent thing depending on what type they are. Churibs look like chubby little children and Thornes look like wheels.

What do you think Angels look like? Big and Strong? Big and strong but delicate at the same time? Any form you wish to see them as.
Just to say it my favorite angel is Azrael, the herder of souls, the damned preacher, and of the angel of death. I hate how people view him, he's not evil actually he is the kindest of all the angels. He is a fallen angel but not because he did wrong its because he wanted to protect souls and lead them to their final place. The only people who looks at him as evil are the ones who know their going to hell. What makes Azrael interesting is that he was the only one who never died to go to heaven, sadly its some what a burden due to the fact he shall never until all living things die, so he's the last to die.

Yes I do believe in angels. I saw one once. ^_^ I believe that they are all of those things and more. Can there not be some that are messengers while others go to war? Yes, I believe that there are female angels, why would there not be? I don't believe that all demons are angels that have gone to the dark side. Yes, there may be some, but I believe that others were never angels to begin with. Darkness can create many things just as Light can. The Devil, I believe, was once an Angel of God. I have a friend who believes they were actually siblings created to be Dark and Light though. I believe that all Angels look different. Ok.

i believe in the non-religious sense of angels
beings of a higher plane that reside among us(even disguised as people),watching over what we do and guiding us through life

Angles all have an appearance, somehow or another. FRom my observations, not that i've seen one, but the many stories i have heard, and my experience with spirit guides is that they tend to the molds we accpect them as:animals, humans and other things our minda are capable f accepting them as. My spirit guides often change shapes with their missions.

Yes, I believe in angels. I believe they are His messengers, His warriors and his protectors because that's what it says in the Bible. (And just so we're clear, I have no idea why the Almighty would need body guards...) I also believe that angels are all male. The Bible does not mention any female angels. Only Gabriel and Michael, I believe. God had an angel Named Lucifer (translation = Morning Star) He was God's right hand angel. Lucifer's job was to fly around God's head, continually praising Him. Lucifer got it into his head one day that he "Would ascend and become like The Most High". he thoguht he could dethrone God and rule in His place. God did not like this at all so He banished Lucifer and his followers to the earth. They (Lucifer and his followers) are Satan and his minions, the demons. In the Bible, it says "Lucifer was cast down and a third of the heavenly host with him." I think angels look like everyone else when they are on earth. There are two types of angels. Seraphim and Cherubim. I can never remember which one is which. But I do know the difference. One type are the warriors. They are the ones that stand guard in front of Eden with flaming swords to block Adam and Eve from entering again in Genisis. The other type have six wings. One pair covering their eyes, one pair to fly with and the third pair to stand on.

And on a side note....members of the fallen host can disguise themselves as member of the Heavenly Host. The Devil and his minions will use any means necessary to bring down a follower of God.

Yes i believe in Angels They are messangers, protectors, warriors and guardians but god doesn't need protection they're here more to help us(if you're thinking about the bible we are part of god so you can take protectors of god in a more symbolic sense) Angels are androgenous(neither male or female) but look male or female(hope that makes sense) I don't believe in Demons or Lucifer for that matter(i could get into my religious and political views but i wont here) Angels look like humans but with wings (yes i believe they have wings but i dont believe they use them to fly but they're more of a uniform to say what type of angel they are. no i don't know wing colors or whatever vs. type) I also believe theres more then 2 classes of angels.

Okay, This is from my christian point of view.
We believe angels are here to serve us and god. unlike other churches, my church teaches us that we dont become angels when we die, since they're supposed to serve us. Im not sure what Angels look like, but the bible says that Angels are clothed in something like light. And now that I think about it, sonce angels have names, they've gotta all look different.
Satan was originally something like god's right hand man, but he turned on god and demanded that god give him power. So he did, but not nearly as powerful as god. When Satan left, 1/3 of the angels followed.

Well how do you think satan got his power? And I was taught this in church dude, I didn't come up with that myself. When Lucifer got it in his head that he could be like the Most High, he formed an army of angels that God cast out of Heaven because of their blasphemy. When they all fell, they claimed authority over the earth. God allowed this to happen. He didn't say, "Lucifer, man, I know that you wanted to be above Me, so, uh, here ya go...You can have the earth and I'll keep Heaven." That's not how it works. God allows everything to happen. He does not command Satan to go about the earth and tempt people left and right. Satan has to ask God to anything before he does it. By just that fact, he has no authority even though he does have the title of author of confusion, the father of llies, the prince of the power of air. That's all faux power.
