First off, I want to thank you all, every one of you. I am VERY happy with how everyone has been cooperating and working together to rebuild the Soul Society here. And for that you all deserve IMMENSE amounts of credit.

Okay, that said, I want to declare a moratorium on the topic of Vizard Ichigo Kurosaki and what he did. It's time to drop it people. But I'm very relieved that it happened naturally in the course of the guild business.
I've mentioned several times that Hollows are now a playable class of character, and it's true. Sousuke Aizen of Sereitei is the chief of the Hollows and has the same authority as any Squad Captain. I expect that we will start being invaded by the hollows sometime soon.
And also on that note, I want to say that I'm grateful that there are few people who are wanting to play characters from the Anime and Manga series. I say this because no matter how much detail we get through the stories, we will never have a complete picture of the character and what they can do. Things like not knowing what the exact Bankai powers of people like Gin Ichimaryu or Aizen Souske make playing that character as a RPC very very hard. However, you can know your own unique character completely when you play them.
That is why I am keeping all characters from the Anime and Manga as NPCs, people who can be interacted with on occasion, but not used in play. And I absolutely appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
As for the Espada and Arancar, Sousuke Aizen and I have already talked about this, and we agreed that the espada in the series will be NPCs and you can chose to be a subordinate of them, but you cannot play them.
I am absolutely flabbergasted at the amount of cooperation and how smoothly everything has run. Honestly I was anticipating problems, and I'm very glad that none of them manifested.
As another roleplaying element, we have added the 4 Noble Families to the mix as well. It was interesting to watch the development of the families over the course of a night, and I'm glad it is going to be such a good roleplay element.
Please note that these families have no real power, they are just a series of alliances and a way to interact in a different way.
Recruitment: I'd love to have more members so that we can fill out all the squads. It will probably take some time, and we will all have to participate in promoting the guild. So we have the bump thread on the Gaia Guilds and also the signature graphics in the "Promote the Guild" thread. Share them around and bring those you think will be assets to this guild. Roleplay and literacy are king here and with your help we can make this a fantastic place for those who like playing and not drama.
On the topic of guild wide plots, I'm not ready to declare a plot just yet. It will take some time to get things correct to and ready for something that large. So I ask patience on your part.
