Hello peoples~

So there's an event I want to cosplay at at the end of July, and I know who I want to go as. Midna, from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Here's what she looks like:

So I got somewhat of what I want to do. I think I'm going to buy a bodysuit off of Ebay, and paint on the blue tattoos on her body. Face wise, make up.. And the helmet and ears are.. The problem.

I have no idea how to do them! Should I use paper mache, or do something else..?
