The Chime Gardens are Japanese Style Gardens. They are cool and quiet, the perfect place for quiet thinking or catching up with friends. Koi Ponds offer the gentle sounds of running water and the graceful beauty of the fish.

As Marie walked around with her guitar in hand and her Uniform on, she eventually came across a beautiful garden, causing her to smile a bit as she took in the sights. Eventually, she saw a stone bench where she could sit and did so, propping her guitar on her leg after crossing them. "This place is so beautiful. I'm really happy to be here."
With that said, she started to tune her guitar and slowly began playing the intro to the song, "Army Dreamers" before singing. Her voice was a lot better out her, and it felt as if she was singing to a group of people as a few birds fluttered near her to listen to her voice. She felt as if she could sing forever here.

Shadow wandered through the Chime Gardens. Oh dear. She thought to herself. Shadow knew she was suppose to go see the headmaster first, but she had lost her way yet again. Though, is it really losing your way if you know where you are? Wondering about this, she continued through the gardens. Everything was familiar from the pictures her uncle had shown her, but something always caught her attention and she forgot what it was she was suppose to be doing. Right now it was the sound of a girl singing and playing the guitar that distracted her. Following the sound, Shadow waited quietly in the shadows until the songs end and then started clapping. "Beautiful! Your playing and singing was very enjoyable."

It shocked her to actually hear clapping after her small performance and quickly turned around, dropping her guitar on the ground as she did, and looked at the female that appeared from the shadows to applaud her singing and playing. After finally regaining her senses, she sighed and put her hand over her heart.
"Bloody 'ell....scared me 'alf to death, ya did..." Marie started as she stood up, her lower class London-based accent showing itself as she spoke. "And thank you, you're very kind to say such a thing. So, who might you be then?" She asked, still a little unsure about the girl who now stood between her and a stone bench.

"I'm so very sorry." Shadow looked sincerely sorry about scaring the girl and wondered about her accent. She had never heard it before, but that was put from her mind when she had to reply with her name. "Oh, I'm Aria Lina Virillian. Shadow will do just fine if you prefer. Pleased to meet you. Your name is?" In her usual habit, she cocked her head to the side when asking a question. She wanted to hear the girl's accent again and she was wondering about the girl's outfit. Could this be the uniform? She hadn't picked up her own yet, still in her black dress.

After picking up her guitar, she dusted her skirt off a bit and looked back at Aria with a smile. "Tha' name's Marie, or you can call me Muse if ya like, it's what me mates used to call me back at 'ome, or....what little 'ome I had in London...." Her face was solemn for a split second, but quickly turned into a smile when she looked at Aria for a good second to 'get a feel for her', so to speak. "So are you a student 'ere too?"

Shadow thought about it for a moment. Yes, she liked Muse and that's what she'd probably use. Now if she'd only remember it. "I suppose I am, though why my dear parents sent me here when I'm 23 I shall proabably never know. To learn of humans I think...Anyways, I rather love your accent Muse, it's like nothing I've heard before." She smiled happily, not thinking about how her fangs would look to this other girl. It had never crossed her mind that she might not know about vampires and such. "Think you could help me remember what I'm suppose to be remembering? I'm sure it was quite important....or at least I think it was important." Muse seemed nice enough and Shadow hoped someone would help her.

Muse looked at her when she said her age, not able to believe it. "Wow....she's twenty-three? I 'ope I look like tha' when I get older." She joked in her head as she listened to her speak. Among the statement of "wanting to learn more about humans" and the odd looking fangs in Aria's mouth, she didn't really think much about her. Sure the woman was pretty, but there was something off about her. For now, she would put that aside and think about it later, especially now when Aria was asking her a question.
"Umm, sure. But 'ow can I help you remember somethin?" Muse asked as she looked at the woman with a seemingly confused look on her face.

"I think....good question." Shadow was stumped. She had someone to help her out, but she had no idea what to do. Then Muse's uniform caught her eye again. "Oh, I think it had something to do with the school!" She spoke excitedly, clapping her hands. "It seems I'm without a uniform yet, and I'll bet that's required around here. Perhaps if I aquire my own, I'll remember. Muse, you wouldn't happen to know where to find those, would you?" Her eyes were hopeful as she absently fiddled with a loose ribbon on her dress. So far she rather liked Muse, though she doubted she had aquired a friendship with her just yet.

Muse looked down at her uniform, then back up at Aria with a warm smile. "Well, I'd love to 'elp ya there, but my uniform came in me room. Least mine did. I suppose someone dropped mine off for me so I wouldn't 'ave to go every which way tryin ta' find out what I'm supposed to be dressed like." She chuckled a bit at the thought, and walked a bit closer to Aria since she was a bit more comfortable with her. "You did get a room from the 'eadmaster right?"

Aria shook her head and look puzzled, trying to concentrate. "Oh, no I haven't gotten a room yet." Her face suddenly brightened, and, due to Muse's more close proximity, she swept her into a hug. "Muse, you're marvelous! I haven't talked with the headmaster yet. That's what I had forgotten and you helped me remember. You are such a lovely help!" She released Muse from the hug and smiled warmly. "But, forgive me, I'm not sure I'm ready to see the headmaster just yet. If you'd remind me later, I'd love to tour the school first. I don't suppose you'd want to just...oh, what's the word I heard used here...hang out?"

Muse was taken aback by the sudden hug and merely patted her back gently until she was released. "Uhh...sure. We could 'ang out if ya like, it's not like I 'ave anythin' be'er to do anyways. And I could use the company." She smiled softly as she picked up her guitar and dusted it off, holding it by the neck so that nothing else would happen to it. With a smile she turned to Aria and smiled as she walked backwards in the direction of the garden exit. "Well then, lets ge' a move on then, shall we?"

Shadow was very excited. Perhaps she had made a friend afterall. If so, it would be her first, not just in the human world, but ever. Well, outside her family at least. "Splendid. Where to?" She followed after Muse, wondering where they would head off to.

"Well..." She stopped for a moment and thought about it. "Um...do you know if you're a Keystone student or not? Cause I 'eard I can't go there, I don't exactly know why either...." She said, looking off to the distance with a serious look on her, which quickly left when she got another idea. "Well, 'ow about I show you where the Maple Dorms are? That's where I'm staying, and I like it over there." She said with a smile, waiting for Aria's answer before leading her anywhere.

She thought about the Keystone dorms, especialy since Muse had looked so serious. There was something her uncle had told her about being a keystone student, but it wouldn't come to her. Maybe the headmaster would tell her. "Then the Maple Dorms it is because I'm afraid I don't know what kind of student I am." She paused and laughed. "It's still weird to be a student of 23." With a shrug, she gestured down the path. "You lead and I'll follow."
