hey all where do you all prefer to work as in ritual or meditation? my rituals move alot for the seasons as my grove moves around a lot due to we are all from differnt parts of the heart of England. but we have our own bit of private land that we use usually. but it does sometimes move to other older places like Borough hill in Nottinghamshire. its one of the iron age hill forts of the tribe of Celts called the Corieltauvi and our grove is named after them.
so it was quite a special place for us a very nice Ritual for the summer solstice was held there.
the place had very mixed energy very ancient very empowered also there are 5 laylines there.
for my individual Ritual meditation its usuly in my house or woods in the local area. Swithland Woods mainly but its more enjoying the atmosphere in a sort of walking meditation with my gf laura (also Druid) taking in the energys.

My ideal place, would be in the woods, in a nice open area. Somewhere close enough to civilaization (preferably my own place of living) but far enough away, where I can do what ever, however I want. Unfortunatly, I live in an apartment complex, and there is no place where I can go outside and do a ritual or spell or whatnot w/o the possablility of being seen, stared at, or bothered. So most stuff I do in my room.

I would perfer to work on the beach, or out side in the wilderness. I am just getting back into doing the whole ritual thing. I am going out with a group of mature pagans. We are all a bit of a different path but we are all moms and enjoy the company.
My one friend and I play with herbs and make incense quite often. It's nice to have someone to do that with.

I'd like to have a small, Japanese-style home in a woodland, likely just a single room. Traditional Japanese architecture really blurs the line between indoor and outdoor space and can be used as either depending on if you have the shoji screens open or closed. This would allow the space to be very versatile. Their architecture also has a much more organic feel to it... tatami mats are awesome. Sparse yet pleasing decorations. Probably a wind chime outside and other features honoring each of the Four.
Yeah. Probably not something I'm ever going to have. crying

I love the rice paper doors, although they really don't afford one much privacy xd

I have a large herb and food garden. I find it is a great place to do the craft. Because I use no poisen or fertiliser the natural energy is quite strong.
