[Channing] Has Logged On
A blue light wrapped its way around the character as he entered the area. The warp point behind him. "Impressive," He admitted. It was not an easy task to impress this gamer, and it was equally rewarding for him and the company. The character began to walk around, he was still getting a feel for the controls, but it was not long until he found himself in a battle. It had come from his blind spot and denied him the option of the 'surprise attack' he had read about in the manual.
The combat was very fluid, and some what of a challenge. Using his basic equipment he fought back against the goblins, blocking its initial attack and counting with an attack of his own. One goblin absorbed the attack, as two more charged and each made a powerful slash sending Channing back into the edge of the battle area, slamming into the virtual wall created for this area and knocking him to his feet. Rising he grinned. This game had something else...
After the battle Channing seemed confident in his skills as a noob player. He continued to travel around the area looking for the Symbol Fragments so he can entered the temple for his treasure. He already knew the basics of the game due to a bathroom session where he read the instruction manual. Not to mention the heavy research he did to pick a class that suited him.

It didn't take to long for Channing to clear up the area. He had leveled up twice now... And the goblin infestation was eradicated, well until they respawned later. "Well here goes nothing," Channing said opening the last treasure chest. The three Symbol Fragments in his inventory then pieced themselves together to form a Judge's Symbol. He could hear the large stone doors of the beast statue opening afar. "Hm, let's check it out." he uttered to himself, speeding off towards the temple.
It was very well coded, the art was beautiful. He observed the area as he entered, very pleased with the game so far. He continued down the narrow hallway towards another stone doorway. It opened on command, allowing access to the room with the treasure. There was a large statue behind it, the god of law, folset. "Cool," Channing said stepping forward towards the statue. He opened it only to find a new sword, Blade Fern. A level four item. But it's not like that will take long to get to.
Happy with his achievement, Channing headed back to Mac Anu to sell some of the spell items the monsters had dropped.
