Maybe the pictures of the mods in the background? I think they should be taken out because they're small anyway and, well at least I can't figure out who they are very clearly. IT would make it much simpler if it was just the 3 figures at the front 3nodding

Another option is cropping the image a little, making it not so big, and then maybe moving the mods.

It wouldn't be that busy if it were cleaned up, and colored in. Resizing it wouldn't be an issue either...and it looks rather nice.

IT SUCKS...CRAP...UNWORTHY OF WRTHYNESSNESS....j/k I like it alot...have to agree with Alamoria...less sketchy more colored and downsized a knotch or two and it would be awsome

I think it's really good, it's making me wish I wasn't so bad at art.
I'm not really good with art so I can't really think how you could make it better. Maybe youj could move the figures of the mods into the middle, allowing you to re-size the picture and make it more suitable for the dimensions of the guild homepage. If you coloured it and made it look a little less sketchy, it'd be awesome. Well done on the sketch anyway, it's lovely smile

:3 It's very nice. However, might I suggest more smiles? I dunno, I'm just always attracted to smiles, and I think it might go a long way making you guys seem friendly to outsiders. Doesn't have to be a huge gaping thing, but a slightly more obvious upturn of the lips, instead of a neutral, small smile.
Otherwise, I think it's beautiful.
