Exploring. It seemed like she was forever exploring. She was taking advice from many sources though, and going out to do what her heart desired. No wandering aimlessly around the teepee when she had the urge to see and learn and discover.
So it was that she'd gone for a longer flight and ended up close to the ocean. She was certain that she knew her way back. She was just as certain that she shouldn't have come alone. She should have waited for Dustin, invited him along, but she couldn't restrain herself, not today. Not when the sun was bright and the winds warm and she was full to bursting with curiosity.
So it was that she landed on a beach, stepping carefully when she trusted her weight to soft sand. It wasn't quite like walking or stepping in mud, but it certainly wasn't like the harder earth she was used to. Wings spread slightly for balance, she--well, she pranced a bit, testing how much weight each hoof could hold.
In the middle of a turn as she inspected the marks her feet left on the beach, she spotted a flash of color and startled, stopping suddenly. There was another ...Soquili? A mare with a tail unlike anything she'd seen. A water horse! "...oh goodness. Oh my! You're really real!"
