Picture pending - I'm still waiting on getting a number of items; particularly a decent waistcoat.

I've got plenty of shirts, it's a waistcoat and better goggles I really need.

yeah i want some better more "steam-esque" goggles. i have some old 1930's pilots goggles but they are way to bulky to wear on your head so i just hang them round my neck where they end up being pretty pointless

Those are some really nice pictures. I have yet to get my costume together, but the plans are all laid out. I just have to make the stuff.

sad Alas, I am finding it difficult to create steampunk outfits. I do have many things that could work if teamed with the correct items but It's really only just odds and ends.
There was one picture of myself in an outfit that I wore for a spontaneous garden barbecue. It involves my top hat and a heavy wool coat because my father could not see how cloudy skies and a chilly wind could possibly hinder alfresco eating... stare

Sidnay I'm in the process of turning a leather Russian MiG pilots helmet into a pair of functioning headphones 3nodding Dude, you HAVE to post those when you're done. That's probably the best project I've heard of in a while! I'm working on getting together an outfit (or a few), but I'm still got some work to do.

I am supposed to go thrifting today if I can get the chance. So far all I have is a modded Full Metal Alchemist watch. I am going to get a long coat and waistcoat to day if I can find some.

http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n286/lutralibre/HPIM0841.jpgThere I am. I'm wearing: ~my dad's old Army boots ~tan pants ~fishnet hose over black hose (from a distance they just looked like really cool socks) ~my black vest and white dress shirt ~my tophat with goggles attached I'm pretty sure I had my pocket watch on, too, but you can't see it.
I don't know where the other pictures of myself in steamgarb are, though I know I have more than just this one...blast...
