Bio: he was born of one of the lower branches of the Hyuga clan. he trained under the head of the house hold, until a disaster struck. at the age of 13, he was struck blind. no one knows why or how. he was shunned for it, people believing that he was worthless because of his blindness. but after a few years of practice, he has figured out how to enhance his other senses, and to "see" through them. he has specialized in the use of taijutsu, and has learned how to use several new jutsu's. he posses no genjutsu, however. he is faster than Rock Lee, and far stronger. his strange way of 'seeing' enable him to be able to move as if seeing with a sixth sense. he is difficult to hit, if nothing else. He left Konoha for 7 years, living in the uncharted Icelands, and there was raised among the members of a Hidden Village no one knows about. he became the adopted son of Aurora, the Queen of the Ice Dragons. After 2 years there, he also discovered how to remove the curse mark that the main branch had placed upon the lower branches.
Appearence: As picture, except that his coat is ice blue, and his pants as white as snow.
Goals in Life: he has no goals, except to survive and do good in the world.
Bloodline: Hyuuga. he can use the Byakugan, but doesn't, for it drains his chakraa for no reason. he can use 128-palms, 64-palms, Rotation, and the Gentle Fist. Also, thanks to his blindness, he is almsot immune to every known Genjutsu. the Weaker ones have no affect. everything above Chunin level has less affect on him, but the still do affect them. this is because for some odd reason he seems to 'see' through them

Hobbies: Watching the clouds, and talking to his 'Mother', the Silver Dragon Aroura, that he summons through his Summoning Jutsu. he loves to sing, for his voice is unearthly beautiful. he never noticed, but no one ever found out why his singing was so beautiful. when he sings, wild animals stop where they are and listen.
Likes: Training, eating, sleeping, practicing his own special Taijutsu techniques, for which he has no names. and training his senses to their peak.
Dislikes: Waisting Chakraa, and anyone calling him weak. he dislikes most of the Hyuuga Clan members, for they disowned him.
Fears: to be utterly blind to the world. to feel nothing, taste nothing, hear nothing, smell nothing. that would make him truly blind. because of this, he has a slight Claustrophobia.
Strength: Taijutsu, and Chakraa Control. he can smell, hear, and feel through hightened senses. so much so that he can hear a rustle miles off, and smell the same distance. he can sense chakraa from about 50 miles away. all learned through being blind. also, he's fast, and incredibly strong
Weakness: Genjutsu, and can only use Ninjutsu Sparingly. also, he's blind. he has many blind spots, and when not using his chakraa to highten his senses, they are as normal. for using his chakraa to highten his senses, he's constantly tired.

Bio: He is the last of the Kaguya Clan (right?). After the rest of his clin was wiped out, he began jouneying. he came to Konoha, and trained there, hiding his original clan. he rose in the ranks quickly, and went through the tournaments, to become a jonin. He swifty became known as a Legendary Sanin. he loved it. to fight.
After many years of research, he also discovered a startling fact. Inside of his was a Sythesized 9-Tailed Bijuu! It was of the ice element, but it did not lessen its strength. It was easily as powerful as Kyuubi. He believed he had been made a Jinchuuriki by Konoha, but he wasn't sure how sound that theory was.
He was, however, training during his hiding. He honed his Taijutsu abilities, and his Ninjutsu abilities. he didn't like to use Genjutsu, but had a few, just in case. He learned to use his Kekei Genkai very well, though he still wasn't a master. during this time, he learned a few summoning jutsus, as well as others. His loyal Wolf friend, Damon, was always with him, and, for some reason, it could talk, and had a human intelligence.
After many years, he had left to the uncharted Ice Regions, and found the village hidden there. He became the Kage of the village, and became the King of the Ice Dragons (<-- not easy when you aren't a dragon, by the way). He bacame a great friend and a kind of brother to Taelos.

Kaguya Clan:
Shikotsumyaku literally ("Dead Bone Pulse")2 is the kekkei genkai of the extinct Kaguya clan, which gave them the frightening ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure. They had free control over the cells responsible for bone growth and replacement, allowing them to manipulate their bones at will. They could protrude their bones out through their skin, change their bone density, and could even completely regenerate a lost bone. All this makes their bodies virtually indestructible, and any point of contact on the body could become as sharp as a spear tip, giving them a nearly perfect defense. The Kaguya clan utilizes this ability in their many sword dances, named after flowers or plants, usually creating a variety of bone weapons that were used in conjunction with powerful and graceful taijutsu movements. The ability seems to be rare amongst the clan members

Nightmare Gate (A Rank)- Summons forth a gate of darkness. the gate opens, and tendrils of black reach out and entangle enemy, and forces them to live out their worst nightmares. 1 second inside seems an hour. If contact lasts too long, body dies from fear.
Shadow Chains (B Rank)- this jutsu ties the victem up with black chains, wreathed in fire, and with barbs on them, that cut into the target. difficult to break.

Pyro Hydra Jutsu- Creates multiple Fire Dragons to attack the target. Whenever one head is destroyed, two rise from it. This jutsu bears the heat of the Dragon Flame jutsu.
Gates of Death (S rank)- This jutsu summons forth a black gate. As it opens, the cries of the souls of the Damned wail forth, and Faces of the dead can be seen wailing and screaming in horror and agony inside, and the sky turns black. Smoke issues forth, and black tendrils reach forth from the gateway, and those they touch get wrapped up, and after the tip touches the skull, the whole skeleton is ripped from the body, and drawn into the gate.
