Past/Bio: Shuichi is one of the few Incompletes not part of the krulen Order. She finds it annoying to have to follow someone else's rules and has never been one to listen to orders. She found Cloe afew years back, and adopted the child as her "Little sister" keeping her safe and out of harm's way while training her in afew combat skills.

She keeps a set of short hunting knives on her at all times, prefurring those over the newer fire arms available.
