a medium sized forest somewhat near the base of a mountain. because of the ampel foliage and bountiful number of barry bushes and low prediter population, the main body of wild pokemon here are small, low-mid level and are somewhat easy-going. mostly bug and normal types. there is a small lake along the base area of the mountain where low level water types nest all year round.
most trainers have nicknamed the forest the "noob" forest because of the low leveled pokemon that live in it. it is a good training ground for new trainers, however.
there is also a shack near the middle of the forest. it is barely make-shift, but it shows signs that some was here, espesialy since there is a sign with red marker saying "gigaus's 'house'" and under it "DO NOT ENTER".
pokemon levels: 6-15,rare 20-23
regular weather: clear
pokemon apperance sys: either pick a generation one(like caterpie) or two(like medapod) pokemon or roll one 10-sided dice for a random one;
1-caterpie
2-weedal
3-(near lake)serskit or pidgie
4-pinco
5-wurmple
6-rattata
7-sentret
8(near lake)serskit or wurmple
9-weedal
10-beedrill

*walking thru the forest with a small back pack attached to him and a few planks of wood under his arm, gigaus move rather fast given the load he carries and the way he carries it. though compleatly obscured by the mask he wears, his pale face show that of discomfort, not because of his load but because of a recent occurence he stumbled on to for but a moment.* gigaus:..... soot: ... well you're more quiet that usual...*gigaus only gives a soft murrmer at the complaint of his small companion who contently sat on gigaus's head, enjoying the free ride he was getting.*

 (is it wrong to post twice even if no-one is posting o.o; ) *continuing thru the gorve of trees, gigaus comes to his "house", the rickity shack he had tied together a few days earlier. while placing his new lumber down, soot jumps off his head and crawls over to the side of the shelter* phew well it's good to be home. better get to work *goes over to the bag with his stuff and pulls out a box of nails*  soot: you call this a home? compaired to those othe buildings this is...*stands up holding the box and a hammer* patchy? thrown together? a mess? yeah I know. *walks into the box-of-a-house and comes out to grab three planks of wood* I put this together in three days, with a abandoned stack of wood and held it together with your string and my lashing rope. I just wanted a roof over my head and walls aorund my body, I wasn't going for the house-of-the-year award.

Dexed walked into the forest. He figured it was time to take his pokemon Damien and Reine out for a nice walk and perhaps a training session. Lightning was still in his pokeball. Dexed was a little anxious to take him out since he nearly blasted his head off in the last training session. He was walking along the woods, enjoying the scenery.
Then Reine said aloud "Eeww, what is that?" she said as she pointed at what looked like a shack.
Dexed and Damien looked in the direction where she was pointing. There indeed was a shack over there.
"Hmmm, well, this is a weird place to have a house said Dexed as he walked closer to examine it.
"Look! Look! There is a person and a pokemon there! Lets go say hello!" yelled out Damien the Dratini as he ran towards the house.
"Damien! Wait, they might not be good people!" yelled Dexed as he ran after him, followed by Reine the Weedle.
(I put what pokemon they are just so you make sure that you know what they are xD)

*lifting up two planks, gigaus walks of to the hous when soot cried out" soot: Gigaus! we got company =points his horn at the on coming blue serpent=gigaus: hmm *looks at the strip of blue rushing at them and then sees a emn follow behind with a weedle right behide* I see. come on *drops one plank and holds the other in his right hand like a sword, rushing pass the dratini at the weedle* get behind me *speaking to the yet known man in a commanding tone* I'll deal with this bug

Damien saw now that the man was holding a plank offensively. "Oooh, you plan to attack us! I, the great Damien, shall put an en-" said Damien as he was interupted by Dexed and picked up.
Dexed, panting a little said, "So sorry about that, Damien is sometimes too curious for his well being," he said as he looked at Gigaus, wondering why he was holding up the plank.
"Its even worse up close," said Reine as she looked around. "I mean really, who in their right mind would live here?" she said as she looked up at Gigaus, and then said, "Oh..."
'Sorry, thats Reine," said Dexed. She tends to be a little full of herself, giving her a look that said, "Stop it."

wait this weedle is yours?... *holds his plank at his side still in a readied stance, wary of the stranger and his companions* sorry 'bout. thought it was a wild one attacking you, it being behind you and running. *glances at the yellow bug* I would. I don't really have much money so can't go and buy a house, let alone get a concrew in here. *narrows his eyes thur his mask, turning them into white, horizontal slits, and speaks in a mocking voice* and what can you build from scratch? soot: =crawls over to the group= be nice gigaus. hello my name is soot ^o^*pays little attention to his partner and looks to the unknown trainer* hello and what is you name and why are you here? *uses a strict tone while eyeing him and his pokemon, estemating their lvl of abilities*

Its call was long and haunting as a small chill entered the immediate air of whatever it was that passed through. If one were to pay careful attention to the smoothly sifting air between the two trainers, pokemon could very likely see that ghostly being just a plain as day. Though most humans would have to strain to see. It seen the creature would be rather dark colored and quite long. Dark orbs graced its tail and under its chin, blazing blood red eyes gazed at the humans and pokemon for a moment before coiling over itself and heading through the trees again.

"I just came out for a....a walk," said Dexed, slowing down in the last part of his sentence. He felt a chill all of a sudden, and not the kind you get when you are cold. He started backing up a little bit, grabbing Reine in his other hand.
Reine held on to his owner, squeaking out, "Why did it get so cold?" in an almost scared tone. Damien turned his head, looking for what wasn't there.
"Do you feel something?" he asked to Gigaus. He looked around, thinking he saw something but he wasn't sure if it all was just in his head.

.....I see. well-* cutting off mid-sentence as he felt a wounderful chill around him* hmmmm *the tint of pleasure in his voice. unzipping his jacket to better feel the cold he looks around looking for the source while speaking to the trainer in a calm, hissing voice* yes~. it feels like...like winter. *looking through the trees, gigaus, with the assistence of his glasses, catches a glimps of what looks like a flash of darkened blue as it darts into the trees. the shape it-self made him think of the dratini close to him, but he was searching for the same with him.* soot: burr, can we go back inside? ya know, the place with heat and blanckets. =turns head from each person presant=*once again looks to the weedle* hehe, we have a guest in the forest, a relative of this one- *points to the dratini nearby*- at that. if you wish, I can get you something warm to use and I have food you may eat. of course, before that I must know you names. *he says in calmed, accomidating tone*

"My name is Dexed, and this is Reine, and this is..." said Dexed looking at his other arm expecting to see himself holding Damien.
"Where is Damien?!" he said almost panicky and then turned to his side to see Damien running after something.
"I, the great Damien, must go conquer the Shadow of Darkness!" said Damien in a superhero tone as he ran after what was moving in the shadows.
"Damien! What are you doing! GET BACK HERE!" yelled Dexed wildly as he ran after Damien.
((Just so everyone knows, my RP character, Dexed, is 13 years old just to have an idea of what he looks like. I forgot to make an introduction post xD. He has red hair, red shirt with black pants and green eyes.))

*watches the small dragon run into the forest and dexed chase after* come-on soot, better catch him before he kills himself. *sqwats down* soot: kay =jumps on to gigaus's arm=*running along side dexed* well it's nice to meet you dexed. allow me to help you with your small trouble *raises his arm, with soot holding on to his wrist, and takes aim at damien* string shot, fire! soot: =lets loose a stream of sticky web string in the direction of the running serpent=((for those who haven't looked in my journal, my Rp character is 17 with brown hair, blue eyes, dark gray long jacket with some small metal plates attached, jet black pants, light blue dress shirt, and glasses and moustache. he usually wears a white mask, not a hockey mask, most of the time and it inverts and B/W-scales his eye color (whites are black and all else is white). either look at my av or goto my journal scream ))

"Dart! Poison Sting!" Shouted a very feminine voice as a sting of bright needles shot through the trees toward the approaching trainers. Though the attack hadn't really meant to harm anyone, the attack was aimed at a low angle to slam into the ground causing the dust to rise into clouds shrouding whatever it was that called out the attack. "Return!" Called the voice as a dark light consumed whatever it was that had caused the dust to erupt from the ground.
The haunting call came once more as that same cold streak slide through the air like a hot knife through butter. It passed through the dust parting it for a moment to reveal a dark cloaked trainer, in its hand a strange pokeball that seemed to be glowing, a thin chain attached to it. The ghostly figure disappeared into the ball making the glow vanish.
"Alright Fury, Shadow!" Called the trainer as she tossed the very same pokeball into the air, popping open a streak of blood red light escaped. This forming the very silhouette of what could only have been a dragonair. coiling around it raised it's head mouth agape as the same Haunting melody escaped it's maw. One that could rattle just about anyone's bones, if anyone were paying attention at the dragon, its trainer would step silently into the shadows where the sound of wings, insect wings could be heard as something had grown annoyed by all the noise and it wasn't a beedrill.

((should I wait for dexed?? if I souldn't be posting, I'll just erase it >_>; )) *seeing something out of the corner of his eye, gigaus stops and just in time to stop his foot from being hit* what the he- *cut short by the cloud that expolded from the attack shot at them* cakh koh return *pulls out soots pokeball and sends him back inside* soot: you don't have to tell me twice!*feeling another tempature drop, gigaus couldn't help but shudder as the cold filled his body* soo~ gooood... *looks over towards the two figures in the trees, winceing at the sound that came from the large serpent* owww what is that?!
