So after the initial idea didn't work due to crew members on both side being unreachable by Razz's order I took it upon myself to rearrange the teams to include only the members that are reachable whether it be through somebody or directly.

I also want to include that if you become uncontactable you will be removed from the roster whatever team you may be on. It's understandable to be absent for a few days or possibly even a week or two for vacation, but all we need is notice of your absensce so when the events come around we know that you will be unavailable to participate in that particular week rather than keeping your name on the list and it going nowhere for weeks at a time. If you have a viable excuse for being absent for extended periods of time without warning you will be removed during your absense and the respective team captain can allow you back on the team at your old position.

A ranking system by both teams will be required incase certain team events call for them, thier activity in the ranks cannot be forced. They must include both singles and doubles, doubles requiring a list of doubles teams.

Since last time we were lacking formal registrations you will be assigned to the team with the fewer members to keep them balanced. If you have a regular doubles partner or somebody that has to have thier matches through you, you will not be separated from them. (The people off the guild must be readily contactable, if they are not they will be removed from the roster.)

A trading system is now inplace, trades will be conducted by the team captains, but require the consent of the individuals being traded aswell. Trades cannot separate regular partners and/or people who require another person to be their leazon.

To join a team simply post your intent to join here from there you will be placed on the team that needs a member. If you do not want to be separated from somebody register in the same post or if they join later have them mention it.

When there is a lack of members on either team due to the staggering of new members, quiting of members, and pre-registered absences the team that has the more active members will sit out x many members to make it even this will be done by the team captain. Since it still goes by rank if there are gaps in the rank the team with more member must still go in order of best active v best active and so on and so forth, in this instance the same ranks on the respective teams may not necasarily be playing each other based on who the captain has elected to sit out.

It's not too hard it's too much a hassle. Besides people will come as pairs randomly so it'd throw everything off anyway. It's not going to be random anyway though I let her pick first .'. when they are evn the next one goes to her.

Could the team name be changed to "The Allies"?

I think both captains should privately pm those who were already involved to make sure they know that the teams have changed.
