how do you get out of sin to find more aeons, and where are all of the aeons? stressed

Just keep going backwards till you find a save sphere and board the airship.

Yojimbo: Cavern of Stolen Fayth in the calm lands. bring lots of money. (750,000 if you want tele spheres)

Anima: Get all the items from the temples in the game, then go to Baaj.

Magus Sisters: Takes awhile, im too lazy too explain it >.<

I believe this was pretty much answered in your thread in Q&A/FAQs. Also, please learn to use GameFaqs or something. We're glad to help on a lot of stuff, but for actual game walkthroughs, there's just too much for us to retype it here.
