The coolest PART of a song (guitar wise) has got to be, without a doubt, hands done, 100%, the chorus riff to My Lovely Man by RHCP. It has such a loud and in your face verse, and then goes straight into a beautiful chorus with fantastic vocal melody, which is over the top of the funkiest groove any guitar player has ever played ever.

As you may be able to tell I absolutely LOVE that riff. =P

the fast riff from This Love by Pantera

intro and solo to The Cage by Sonata Arctica
main riff from Somebody Save Me by Cinderella

There are TOO many, but thats what comes to mind first

I forgot to add the Intro Riff to Carved in Stone by Scar Symmetry. Its pretty simple, but all together with the music is badass!

It's definately got to be the interlude in Galneryus' Silent Revelation all the way until after the insane six-string sweeps... It's amazing.

There is this part in Soldiers of the Wasteland by Dragonforce that kicks so much a** I can't even describe it.
The part from 4:38 to 6:06 in the song is actually not hard at all, and could be considered pretty slow for Dragonforce's usual breakneck speed playing, but it just has this galloping feeling to it that I can't get enough of.
