Character Sketches;sladkjflasj finally. Anyway, I'm doing five pages of this for someone who's doing an article on me and they wanted some character sketches so I got to finally sit down and draw some out. ;w;~
Anyway, these are VERY rough, and you can't even see all of Lenalede's gadget's - like his totally awesome glasses piece but whatever. : <
This is the main character Lenalede Holunski. (please note that holunski is not is real last name)
He's got brown hair, brown eyes, and somewhat pale skin due to the fact in the beggining of the story he stays indoors (but later on he does develop some color, even if it's more of a sun burn).
He usually sticks with deep reds and browns when it comes to clothing. I think my favorite part of his outfit are his shoes, they're ankle boot types and they've got gears stiched into them. Unfortunately they're button up's and since he's somewhat of a lazy man at times, he usually just forces them on, so halfway through the story he's got them pinned together before buying a new pair.
And then there's Alani.
She's the kid he takes in after saving her from a bombing - even though at first it's for totally selfish reason's. Later on in the story, he begins using her father's full name when he has too - as of now he only uses his last.
Alani tends to complain a lot, but that is average for a little girl. she doesn't like the travel that Lenalede puts her through as it causes her to loose all the friends she gains - but if Lenalede offers her anything sweet she'll be happy to walk a few more miles before making Lenalede carry her.
And then we have a VERY bad watercoloring. : | I got the colors on Alani all wrong because uhh... I've never used watercolors before. lol, I'm used to using marker's, but I'm in too much of a hurry to ink it. XD
when I'm done with the comic pages, I'll probably post those. if I have time. ;A;
