Keaira woke and hopped out of bed, moving to the window to peer out. She whined quietly seeing that it was probably somewhere around midnight. She hadn't slept very long at all, not that she ever did. She was a busy-body. Heaving a sigh, the canine smoothed out her dress before silently making her way through the house. She had no desire to wake up Aya, Lucirous, or Yohji. None of them were too pleasant when they had been woken up by a loud noise. Slipping out of the house and walking down the porch, the canine promptly decided on taking a little walk in the area surrounding their home. Better to get to know it rather than not, right? That way, if she ever got lost, she'd know her way right back home.
With pleasant thoughts on her mind, Keaira set off on her little walk of adventure. Maybe she'd run into someone? She hoped if she did run into anyone, they wouldn't be a big bully and push her down, pull her pigtails, and run away with her hair ties. The dog sniffled at the thought of someone being that mean to her, and shook her head, continuing onward with her walk while she turned her mind to happier things. Like cartoons.

Laharl was outside by the house leaning agaist a tree, He wasn't going to go back
in there at all... He narrowed his eyes at the moon and stars... His roomate were
just a pair of nut cases thats what they were, a over hyper playful different langue
speaking dog and a striped sneekyish cat... He shaked his head to clear it, and
took in a deep cooling breath in.

Keaira yawned and stretched her arms up above her head, wiggling her fingers to give them a little bit of a stretch as well. The canine smacked her lips tiredly, wrinkling her nose in distaste. She hated when she woke up and had an odd taste in her mouth, especially when she brushed her teeth just before she went to bed. Maybe that was what caused the funky taste...? The canine became caught up in her thoughts, and nearly walked straight past the feline who was leaned up against a tree. Stopping a little ways away, she tilted her head, blue and green eyes watching him for a moment. "Hello~" Keaira said quietly, not sure if this was a friendly type, or the type who was going to pull her pigtails and steal her hair ties.

Laharl was hardly paying attention. He blinked real quick
when he hear a voice. His pale blue eyes caught a dog. He quickly narrowed his
eye but sighed and closed them and opened them again. "Hello." He reply with some
what narrowed eyes

Keaira tilted her head in curiosity, but took a small step back. He didn't seem all too friendly, which meant that she didn't want to get all that close to him. "Are you... alright...?" she asked quietly, not entirely sure what to do. She had only ever been around Lucirous and Aya, and they were mean. Well, Aya wasn't as mean as he was quite... but Lucirous was really mean. She hoped that this feline wouldn't be near as mean as Lucirous. But if he was, there wasn't really all that much she could actually do about it. He was either nice, so-so, or mean. She'd find out soon enough which one this cat was, right?

Laharl's eyes were more narrowed as bored narrow. He Raised an eye brow. "Why won't I be alright?" He said. He watched the dog, she was acting caustius of him. He narrowed his eyes at a meomire of nari. He shuttered a bit at it and shock his head. "What are you doing out here at night?" he asked as he looked at her (Sorry for the spelling)

"I don't know... I guess it's just a habit for me to ask...?" Keaira reached up and absentmindedly tugged at one of her pigtails, unsure on what to really say to that. She wasn't quite sure why she always asked people if they were alright, even when she knew they were okay. She supposed it was just a good 'ice breaker' most of the time. "Well... I was going to take a walk and get used to the area, since I just moved in not too long ago..." That and she needed to get out of her house anyway. She lived with three boys, who had a 'menstrual' cycle of their own. Not like a girls, but at the same time their emotions would just go out of whack, or it seemed that way. "What about you...?"

He looked back up at the sky. "Couldn't sleep." He simply said. He twitched his striped
tail a few time. He sighed and slipped down the tree to sit down. He looked side
glanced at her. "You just moved in?" He asked then looked back up. "I've lived
here most of my live." He chuckled a bit darkly at an meomery

Keaira watched him and tilted her head, still lightly tugging at one of her own pigtails. "Yeah, but my roommates are even more new than I am... I've been here for a couple days, but still new." The canine wagged her tail lightly, not out of any particular emotion, just a habit to do every now and then. "Oh? What's it like here...? I haven't really met anyone other than my roommates, and my sister, but I've known her all my life... so I suppose she doesn't really count..."

Laharl raised an eyebrow at her tugging at her pigtails. He listened and chuckled.

The canine wrinkled her nose slightly in either distaste or utter confusion at what he was talking about. Okay, okay, she understood the 'this place takes some getting used to' bit.. but what about 'fangirls?' What were fangirls? Keaira stopped tugging on her pigtail to scratch silently at one of her ears, mismatched eyes focused on the feline. "What are fan girls? Do they walk around with fans or something...?" Keaira tilted her head and awaited his reply, having taken it to the most literal term.

"Oh... well, that sounds terrible!" Keaira blinked and shook her head, lightly placing a hand to her lips in shock after he explained what a fangirl was. They definitely did not sound the least bit pleasant. "Do you have any fangirls that I should watch out for? If they'll go that far, I'd hate to think of what they'd do to the girls that you just talk to..." Keaira glanced around, as if to see if any of these crazy fangirls were watching them right now. "Oh, I'm Keaira. You can call me Kea... or Ira. Whichever you like best," she said softly with a gentle smile, holding her hand out to shake his.

"That's good. I'd feel a bit bad if you did have any of them," she said with a small pout. "I don't really understand why you don't have them, though. I mean, it's good, but you're attractive... for a cat." Keaira smiled and wagged her tail lightly, nodding her head as he shook her hand. "It's nice to meet you, Laharl~"
