I need to make a snorkel for a quad/dirtbike.
it only takes 2 tsp. of water to ruin an engine.
that's why I don't want to experiment.
any good suggestions?

The simplest way to build the snorkel is to take the measurements of the intake hole and buy PVC piping that would mach the hole. Then get two pieces of flex pipe to make the joints, one for the intake entry and the other for the exit point. 1. Attach the intake portion to the flex pipe. 2. Use another pike of PVC pipe and route it to the desired are where it will exit. 3. Attach the other flex pipe to the end of the PVC. You can add a filter to the end or a box with wire mesh attached to the end. (I like screen door Mesh).
