ZUPA!   Daenerys stretched and flexed her paws. She was out doing her daily patrol of the mountain area. There were not many sabers around now in the Fallenstand clan so it was up to her to help keep watch of the lands the best she could. It was what she did most days. Nothing new happened. No new tracks of interest. Life was pretty dull.
Daene trotted along a stretch of path heading down a small hill. She thought she heard someone or something. It was probably just a hare. A hare would be good now she thought as her tummy rumbled. It was getting close to dinner time and she did not have anything to eat yet.

Zupa not paying any attention and off patrol duty sees the she was stalking hare and pounces on it. Of course she misses, but a second swip of the paw gets it before it can run away. Only then with Hare in mouth does she notice another Saber is near by. She sets down the bloody carcass and stalks under a bush to get a better look at them.
((and it is fine. I did late last night so I like zoned on the obvious))

Daene prowled closer to what she can now see as a dead hare and fresh tracks leading to back a bush. I must of startled them she thought. "Hello in there..." She peeped down to look into the large clump of foliage. "You can come out young one, I'm not going to bite." she laughed.

Zupa squeaks when she is addressed and slams backwards. Straight OUT of the bush. She skitters up from on her back and peeks around the bush at the new saber.

"Hello there" she smiles down at the female saber. "I'm Daeanrys and you are? Daene walked up to her slowly not to frighten her any more. The cool wind blew snow around. It tickled her feet.

Zupa looks at her with big eyes but she doesn't move. "I'm Zupa. What do you want with me?" She says crouched in the snow.

Daene turns her head to the side. "I dunno if I want anything with you" She laughs. "So what's a young saber like you doing out so far?" Her ears twitch as she hears a howling growl far off to the south; it echoed off the hill side. "That is more than likely a pack of dire wolves . No need to worry yet" she analyzed her surroundings. "They are to far off for now but I recommend we head in closer into Fallenstand territory just in case" She shook her coat. Then noticed the bloodied ground. "Actually I do have something for you to do...best that you bury that carcass" She nodded towards it. "The wind might change direction and that fresh kill with defiantly attract predators."

(( Ok WTF is up with pyramid head?? xD))
She looks at her with suspision but says " I was hungry and I couldnt find anything so I just went farther out." She jumps almost straight up when she hears the howls and scrambles behind the sabers legs. When she notices what she did she scrambles back to the bush. She nods in agreement and heads to her kill. She looks back and when she sees she isn't looking takes a couple chomps and then burys it in the icy snow with her sharp claws. She bounces back to Daene with blood spatters on her mussel.

"Well aren't you the skittish girl... and as for food the hunters should be providing plenty for the pack." she looked at her concerned. "Especially a young one like yourself should be fed first." She looked behind her as a few rocks tumbled down the hill. She never seen or smelled anything so it was probably just lose rock. "Do you have any parents or a guardian?" She gestured her to walk with he up the path.

Zupa looks at her with disdain "I prefer cautious. And, well they do provide, really well, I'm just not in pack. I am one of the forsaken ones, can't you tell?" She looks up at her with her pinkish red eyes and cream coat. But when the rocks tumbled she jumps again and skitters so her butt isn't facing the 'danger'. She calms down and anwsers "No, they all died, but that's ok I do fine on my own." She anwsers while still glancing back at the rocks, she keeps seeing eyes in them. So she nervously keeps well up with Daene.

((I was just thinking if shes not concidered part of the pack shouldn't her title be rogue?))
"Cautious it is then" She nodded. "A young one like you should have some guidance at least...you must be lonely sometimes." She looked at her side ways as they walked. "I'll be willing to take you under my wing if you wish...you seem like a nice girl with a strong heart that would learn quick." She smiled. "That's if you want...I'm no one to be forcing you to but I think it would be fun!" She bumped her. "You can be my right hand girl on the patrol." She laughed and thought on it. "You never know you might one day grow up to surpass my rank." She was hoping she was giving her some hope.

(( Ya, thats true, but I am also pulling this stuff out of nowhere, soo xD ))
Zupa kinda looks down and nods when she mentions lonely. She is very lonely a lot of the time. But when she mentions taking her under her wing her head snaps up and she looks at her with big eyes like she is about to play a mean joke and take it all away. When she starts complementing her, well, her heart swells and she nods furiously. She manages to stutter out . "A.re... yo-o-u su-re? I would do my VERY best!" She starts gaining ground and trys to convince Daene now. "I promise I will be oh so good!" She says as she starts bouncing on the way back.

"If I said I would then I would." she nodded. "I'm sure you'll do fine. I'm not that tough." She looked behind as a teratornis flew over head nosily."It looks like my cousin, Ri'Siz's...you'll meet him soon enough." She trotted along a small ice crack. "So Zupa tell me some more about yourself." She smiled at the young pale coated saber. She figured knowing some more about her soon be trainee will help.

When Daene mentions meeting someone else, Zupa stiffens up and looks at her with big eyes. But doesn't want to fall behind so faithfully keeps up. Zupa colors when complimented but falls short when asked about herself. "Well, their isn't much. I don't know much really. The village pretty much knows more, but I can piece together what happened from their... stories." Zupa frowns but goes on. " My mom, well didn't do much, and didn't have a job, so her pack kinda wouldn't feed her if she did nothing, so she.. made babies. I think I have a lot of step sisters and brothers out there." Zupa says getting side tracked while looking up. But soon catches herself and continues on. " My daddy thought it was wrong and said she could make something out of herself. So she tried and failed and just gave up disgracing my father." She says with a pout. " This is stuff is only what they think happened, the other stuff the other village told us. So she leaves the village. On the journey to this village she figured out she was pregnant again. She fell into despair and laid herself out o die. Yet out I came and she died. I was found by the village scout. It was his first time out." She says coloring at mentioning the certain scout. She stutters on trying not to be embarrassed. "This part I overheard when a foreigner asked about me. So he took me to the village but they wouldn't take me n=in because someone said I looked cursed. I was the cursed colors or something and they all joined in. I know it was just they couldn't support another growing saber. So I was tossed out. I remember growing up around the village. The petrol takes care of the baddies and can fend for myself. I am the villages secret shame." She then takes a perky note. " You are the first person to talk to me for awhile!" She says bouncing along. "Your turn." she retaliates.

((I’m guess the village that turned her away would be a rouge clan...since I think that after the war a nice few sabers went their own way -nod- I'm winging most of this too :3))
Denae noticed how she reacted to her mentioning her cousin. "No need to worry Zupa darlin...crazy ol Ri'Siz is as good as you get around here." She smiled back comfortably to her young apprentice. Listening to Zupa tell her story she suddenly felt so bad for her. How could a rouge village be so cruel to turn a small innocent cub away?
With a sigh she shook her head. "Well you are welcome to join my small group here in the foot hills." She nodded.
"My story eh?" She sat and scratched her shoulder as she thought on how to start. "I grew up with no mom and dad either. " she looked a Zupa. "Now I had a nanny though she raised me and my adopted brothers and sisters." She laughed thinking of the trouble they would get into. "Nanna told me that both my parents were fierce hunters, loyal and respected with in our small group. She said it was a bad night. The weather was fierce and it made scents hard to track. They didn't know they were walking into a group of elder dire wolves. They struck quick. My parents and Ri'Siz's dad was lost that night." She bit her lip. "I was too young to remember my folks but it's heard at times seeing young ones playing with theirs. So yes I grew up and decided to train in the patrol to be the best I can...to protect those cubs mothers and fathers for the evil that is out there to hurt them."
