in the oaisis it is middle ground to both demons and angels in here merchants sell exotic wepons, clothing, jewlery, and armor to both thoughs of demons and angels. it is out in the middle of the deserts and its the only place where you can get water and rest it is neutral ground because this is the place where demons and angels can escape to to recover and rest. there is a sign that says enjoy your stay here
