Since someone starts a topic about it once every month or so, I'm starting the APG Cosplay Thread [Official-ified by Kira]. Here you can post pictures of your cosplays, talk about projects you're working on or planning, ask for advice, etc.

My first and only real cosplay Yuri Sakazaki from K.O.F. (King of Fighters)

I bought the Gi from a store on ebay and someone me sew the brown trim on it. Got the violet pants and undershirt from a sports store, red converse sneakers also from ebay, red head band was from a ribbon, and the gloves I just bought regular prom gloves and dyed them the same color as the pants.
My only problem and the thing that stopped me from wearing it again was the brown belt. It was white when it came with the Gi so we had to dye it. But after wearing it, the dye rubbed against the Gi so much it became brown too. Looked bad so I only wore it for a few hours (plus the pants were thighter around my waist than I had intially though >_o )
Next time I might try to buy the Gi and belt different colors.
Future ideas Jam Kuradoberi - Guilty Gear
(I like video game girls ;3)

YEY COSPLAY! YEY OFFICIAL COSPLAY THREAD!
I'm going to try and make it to both the Gasukan's in July and August and also Kumoricon; I'm probably going to be reusing costumes, though. I haven't had enough cash to get started on my planned list besides hunting for an Alice gown.

...which I suck at but love nonetheless. ^^;;;
I've only ever cosplayed once before--at last year's AnimeNEXT. I went as Lenalee Lee from D. Gray-Man.

I'm hoping to cosplay as Yusuke Urameshi at Anime Banzai this October. I don't have any of it done though because we(my group of friends and I) are having a hard time getting us all together to plan it out, so I don't know if we're doing a group cosplay or doing our own thing.
Does anyone know if they make 1' craft eggs, or if I'll need to buy one and build up on it?

Seliece and Kira's costumes are cute. :]
Here are the first Esther photos I've gotten from Saturday. There are definately more to come, since there are at least two photographers who haven't posted theirs yet who took a whole bunch of me.
My massive petticoat-butt:
I'm tempted to Photoshop those other people/things on the ground out of it, because that's a pretty cool picture otherwise.
NOM NOM NOM.

I wore my Doc Martens rather than going to get stilletto boots because I knew that I'd probably kill myself wearing stillettos at the park.
The photoshoot was pretty amusing. Apparently, there's some guy who went all over the world and recorded himself dancing with people, and he's going to put it on YouTube, and we just happened to be there when he was doing the last part of his video, so he asked us to dance with his huge group. So at the end of the month, there will be a video on YouTube that includes me and a bunch of other cosplayers dancing amoungst a huge group of normal looking people.
There was also a wedding there, and more than one person mistook me for part of the wedding party. I was like "... Unless they're Catholics from the future, I don't see how I could be mistaken for belonging there."
