um, well i haven't finished either, but ink exchange is apparently about tattoos that give you "fairy"-like powers and i've only read a chapter of the named and it was a creepy dream that a kid had about two kids...and a special flower...and a creature...i don't know, i'm not sure.

You're reading the Named by Marriane Curley, right? OMG! (It's so intense that I actually used abbreviations.) The trilogy is one of the best fantasy series I have ever read, so I really recommend that you continue to read it and see how you like it. I've never read the Ink Exchange, so do fill us in after you read it, if you do read it.

I haven't quite started the named yet, just the first chapter. I've been trying to get through ink exchange (i'm reading a lot slower than usual) but i'm not sure i like it. although that may be because i didn't realize i was buying a sequel. haha, should've checked that first =]
btw, thanks for commenting u guys.

just a little update, in case anyone actually reads this: i finished ink exchange. i didn't really like it. it never really got exciting, it was the same all the way through the book. very monotone. i'm going to start reading the named now.

You'll like The Named. I'm reading it right now for the second time and I'm remembering so much that I thought I forgot. It's an awsome start to a trilogy. Though I have yet to finish the trilogy.

I never read Wicked Lovely mostly because of how much I didn't like Ink Exchange but is it any good? If it's worth reading someone should let me know because I won't read it if there's no reason to. mrgreen
