The BREAKING DAWN cover has been released a day early, I repeat the BREAKING DAWN cover has been released a day early! It's like a chess board witha black background and there's a white queen and a red pawn. i don't think anyone knows except for the people who read the book. The only people who probably read the book were Stephenie Meyer and the people she worked with on the book. So it's a mystery. I thought it would only be able to b seen on monday ( 24 hours, an impossible amount of time to wait) so when I found it I had a spaz attack.

Meh. It's okay. The others wre simpler, if you know what I mean. You know, like the hands and an apple. A flower. A ribbon.
Now? Theres two chess pieces and a chess board and one is red and one is big and white...
Its more than I actually wanted...

Here's my quick interpretation, which obviously allows errors. Bella was once the red pawn. Human and relatively normal. Then she's changed into a vampire, which are obviously white and much better in all ways than humans, hence the white queen.

i saw it already. i think it means that the bella's situation has frown complicated and every move has to be carefully calculated so that the queen (bella) is not lost blaugh

When I first saw the cover,it really threw me off.I wasn't expecting chess pieces.
I dunno,I get a bad vibe when looking at the cover.Like something really terrible will happen in the series

i mean before the cover picture represented something in the story
i wonder if the white queen represents bella or the red pawn

Eariler Stephenie Meyer said she couldn't release the cover too soon because it gave to much away but I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what it will have to do witht he story and i can't come up with anyhting other than they are going to play chess at some point

I luv the cover! heart i think its my favorite cover! even though i don't know how to play chess!
anyways
i'm pretty sure i'm wrong but i think the white piece is Edward and the red ones Jacob. I know. I am truly wrong. But i dont really think about the cover meanings until someone mentions it (like now) sweatdrop

She makes her own covers, admittedly not nearly as good, for the books, and she will not realease them until the book is already out. EDIT: Oh, and Im moving this now that we have a Breaking Dawn subbie! whee

I think the cover will make a lot more people play chess.
But I'd prefer something simpler. This cover takes up the whole page, unlike just a flower, or a ribbon. But better than having someting bad on the cover.
