Bio: Tsukiya was raised in one of the many minor noble clans in Soul Society. The Hiiragi claiming lands deep on the outskirts of the Rukongai, thus dealt with petty and violent crimes along with an underfeed population. Tsukiya found these fun growing up often getting into street brawls while developing and modifying his own personal style. Upon reaching age, the young man was accepted into the Shin'ō Academy, where he rose through the ranks based on his martial ability alone... only using in matches against Muramasa Kazuki.

Personality: Atsuhiko has a tendency to come off meaner than he intends to. He says what comes to his mind first, and usually disregards other people's feelings in regard to what he says. He is quite nice when you get to know him, but his quick temper and hot hotheadedness has a tendency to get him into trouble. He moves before he acts, usually going into battle without a second thought and using brute strength along the way. Despite his troubling attitude, he is quite kind to people he is fond of, but he can't help but try and pick a fight where one isn't needed. However, he does get flustered pretty often, and is a weakling for cute things and people.

Bio: Atsuhiko was born into the Human realm as a mistake. Not much is known about his short time alive when he was human, but all he remembers is seeing white bright light that seemed to take over his whole view. He didn't remember mourning after his death. Floating aimlessly, he was found not long after his death, and was soon given passage into the Soul Society. Being reborn into the Soul Society was strange for him at first. The part of the Rukongai he resigned was more on the prospect of violence and doing what you could to survive. So, he followed the ways of the land. At a young age, he already wanted to be strong. He worked his butt off to finally be able to make it into the Academy. After 7 years of studies, failing classes, and then finally passing enough classes to graduate, he was on his way to finding the right path. He wasn't sure what role he wanted, but at the prospect of being told about Division Eleven, he couldn't help but want to apply. So, he set off to go apply, and hopefully make it in as a Soldier/Seated Officer, if he could be.
