Though, if it degenerates into other FFVII things, that's alright. XD
To begin:
I wish Cloud would bring flowers and chocolate to Tifa.

So he brings them, but since Cloud is so smart, the flowers and chocolate her brought her are the two types that she is allergic to.
I wish Cloud would just say "I LOVE YOU TIFA" already.

Granted, but it turns the rating of FFVII to R and none of us were old enough to play it when it came out and it bombs from low sales.
I wish Tifa would send those letters to Cloud that she was going to in the original FFVII movie idea.

Granted, but Cloud slips on a banana peel while obeying a command and crashes into Tifa, giving both of them temporary injuries. =D
I wish Cloud and Tifa go to the beach and have a romantic moment <3

Granted, but Tifa loses her voice and can't order him to do anything.
I wish that Cloud and Tifa would take a long vacation with just the two of them.

Granted, but edge winds up getting destroyed because our two heros weren't there.
I wish Cloud would close up the bar, light some candles, and slow dance the night away with Tifa.

Granted, but Marlene and Denzel stir up a storm, knocking over the candles and setting the bar stools on fire so the two adults don't get the chance to dance. [[Yay! Rhyme!]]
I wish Cloud would propose to Tifa on a moonlit night.

Granted but the moon goes behind a cloud (lol cloud) and, in the darkness, Cloud loses the ring.
I wish that Cloud would just shape up and realize that he's Tifa's Blonde Knight.

Granted, but being so close to Marlene for so long gave him a brain tumor and he died.
