If you know Poets of the fall, you might know that the song that put them on the map was "Late Good-Bye", the ending theme for the game "Max Payne 2:The fall of Max Payne"
It is one of the most beautiful song I know, and that comes from a girl who loves punk rock of thelate 80's mid 90 more than anything else (Pennywise, etc)
Here are the lyrics and under them a lil link to a video of them and a poll for you
LATE GOODBYE
in our headlights, staring, bleak, beer cans, deer's eyes
on the asphalt underneath, our crushed plans and my lies
lonely street signs, powerlines, they keep on flashing, flashing by
and we keep driving into the night
it's a late goodbye, such a late goodbye
and we keep driving into the night
it's a late goodbye
your breath hot upon my cheeck, and we crossed, that line
you made me strong when I was feeling weak, and we crossed, that one time
screaming stop signs, staring wild eyes, keep on flashing, flashing by
and we keep driving into the night
it's a late goodbye, such a late goodbye
and we keep driving into the night
it's a late goodbye
the devil grins from ear to ear when he sees the hand he's dealt us
points at your flaming hair, and then we're playing hide and seek
I can't breathe easy here, less our trail's gone cold behind us
till' in the john mirror you stare at yourself grown old and weak
and we keep driving into the night
it's a late goodbye, such a late goodbye...

I have a link to the original videoclip (That was made AFTER the game)
and another that was made, on the same song, on images of the game.
Which one do you prefer?
Here is the "real" videoclip as we see the band :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=atKv1JyQgV8&feature=related
or this one with the band live and some images of the game going by?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KuFmGxMcZI&feature=related
simple curiosity, but I guess people who never played the game and do not know who is who might prefer the "real"
I prefer the second video since I was addicted to the forbidden love story of this game...Max Payne and Mona Sax wink
