Look guys, we need to keep recruiting and keep figuring out what we want this place to be.

We're in a building phase for sure. Part of that building phase is recruiting both experts and people who want to learn. Part of it is starting good discussions and writing down guides to help others. Part of it is talking about what we want for the guild and agreeing and disagreeing but working within the guild.

But the major part of it is making the commitment to build this place no matter what. Everyday I'm going to be on and doing some recruiting, and hopefully posting in here. I know the new members that have joined have a similar commitment. But if I don't nag just a bit, we might forget why this guild went dormant the last time. It had nothing to do with the experts fleeing. Any guild can stay alive beyond that.

The real issue is all of us. I know if we work at this, we'll get better for it. I'm better in getting to know all of you.
