well, for our small line tap dance we were doing Moses(idk where she gets all these songs!!) we had to wear these UGLY "knickers", but they weren't real knickers because someone made them. they were all different FLANNEL striped fabrics!! then we wore a black turtleneck leo underneath with suspenders. then my teacher ordered REALLY ugly, big hats with a red pompom on the top. they were a sorta neon color yellow w/ black polka dots! plus matching bow ties! then one day at rehearsals i went up to her and was like "we should put on eyeliner mustaches!" and she agreed! so i was wondering what was the worst costume you ever wore?

I do and it was when i was like 6 years old and i was doing a solo that was all about dinosaur. The song was called "dinosaur rock"......and then i was in a jazz group with like 10 other girls my age and we did walk like an egyptian and we wore a wig on our bun and we wore genies costume type of thing.

Rocket_Dancer_22 I do and it was when i was like 6 years old and i was doing a solo that was all about dinosaur. The song was called "dinosaur rock"......and then i was in a jazz group with like 10 other girls my age and we did walk like an egyptian and we wore a wig on our bun and we wore genies costume type of thing. doesn't seem so bad but i hate wearing wigs! the only one i like is my betty boop wig for this years production!

We never went to any big comp stuff until like my last years in high school.But the comp that we did go to were in Laughlin, nevada

when i was little our studio did wizard of oz, and we wore sequined overalls. Not kidding. also, in jazz we did stray cat strut, and we wore stretchy black catsuits, but it was kinda strange, cuz that was when I was like 8...

Probably either...
1. When I was going into like 4th or 3rd grade and we did this summer workshop called "Story Book ballet" and for the Alphabet section I got P for parrot, and I had this like really weird parrot costume, I enjoyed wearing it because it was really funny, but it was super itchy and the feathers were always falling out.
2. For Cinderella one of my parts was in the scene when the tailors and hat makers and such come to get the evil step sisters and stepmother ready for the ball, and I was part of the make up crew. I had this giant like two and a half feet long one foot tall comb, that I got to hold over my head, but the worst part was we all had on these powdered wigs that were super tight fitting on, so mine was always threatening to fall off. Also since we were all supposed to be men we had on these costumes that the party boys use in the Nutcracker that just barely fit, but I swear when I had to do my pas de chats in them I thought the pants were going to split! (Still, the pictures from it are really funny)

wow. parrot. thats interesting. we did shake your tail feather for our class tap dance and, you guessed it, we had feather skirts. they were cute though cuz they fit the dance!

last year we did "burn baby burn" we wore these horrible glittery hot pink spandex pants and a lime green spandex top with hot pink flames, they looked awful on us and all these guys made fun of us for months after that.
